Always covers our needs a new d if not it's normally only a day or two wait for restocking.
Friendly service and staff
Why employ people to stand around and talk to each other, lots of staff walking around doing nothing, and do not know anything about Bunnings products, do not have a clue a tools or products in toolshop, or any anything about Reno's, or building, plants etc. So embarrassing
The staff are rude and did not want to help, me cut a piece of wood, only two checkouts open even self serve was closed, so much for customer service, but saying that Coles supermarkets are the same. Hold your head in shame bunnings
I am a loyal customer of this store, our family did a full reno buying stuff from this store.
Unfortunately on the 21st of October both my wife and I had horrible attitude from some of the staff members.
A girl at the cashier was extremely annoyed and treated us quite badly.
The worst was the young blond guy with a mullet. I had the unfortunate incident of having him screaming (not talking but screaming) at me to let me know the store was soon closing.
Not sure if it’s a management issue putting the wrong pressure on the staff or just the people they are hiring.
Patience and kindness goes a long way and staff should be learning and applying these soft skills instead.
Hope someone in the management will see this and take some action to improve the customer experience in this store.
I also shop at Burleigh and it’s so different over there.
Very much a diy shop. You have to find everything yourself. Lots of staff, mostly talking to each other about their private lives. Extremely frustrating every time I go there.
I entered Bunnings Tweed Heads today 27/9/23 at around 3pm. The girl on the door (tall, black hair, attractive, young and athletic) notice that my left shoelace was undone. She offered to tie it up for me. As I am 80yoa I appreciated the gesture very much. What a lovely girl. Her parents must be very proud of her.

Usually it has all I need except for when I need help and I could never find an employee nearby or if I do he/she is from another department and barely gives me direction for the item I'm looking for other than that it's great
Love Bunnings but the day I last visited was a scorcher. So hot in there. I felt sorry for the staff. But no complaints about the store or service other than that.
We went there for the xmas night markets that was meant to be held on the 9th but there wasnt on for some reason even though they had a sign at the front door advertising the date and time of it. Very disappointing and a big waste of time. Pretty poor effort.
Opens early 6.30am I think so I popped in before work.as many do obviously by the queue to get out. I had to leave product as couldn't wait. Self service not open and the cashier on the information desk had a line up of 8-10 people with arm full of goods.
It is a great shop otherwise much easier to shop in person than use there website.not easy to use.
Staff are always friendly and helpful
Contacted Tweed Heads twice today after waiting for over 20 minutes for call to be answered. After being switched through to various people about purchasing an item I was finally put through to Peter at Tweed Heads shop who promised to call me back to take my payment over the phone. NEVER called back and after calling at 8 pm tonight and waiting another 20
Minutes no one answered. This shop including Peter needs training in Customer Service - very disappointing and TH’s Manager needs to look into why this issue is happening.
Wrong number, how dumb was that, the lady who answered was really nice, we had a laugh, considering laughs are few and far between these days
Awesome staff, always there to help but would be great if it was like the Burleigh store. Needs more parking, air-conditioning and generally a bigger store to stock all your goodies
Well, besides the access! It's a normal Bunnings. You basically have to do a big loop to find the store!
Always enjoy my visit to this store even my puppies love all the friendly pats they receive.prices are we good too.

I went in today, I had a problem my mum bought something and since then, my mum passed away and everything was bought in her credit card I didn't want a refund just replacement, they were out off stock but they contacted QLD store to get one shipped to South Tweed Store the lady's and the gentleman were so helpful it still upsetting time for myself, but the staff at Bunnings just so caring thoughtful, sincerely Ian McCartney thank you.
Went first thing on Sunday morning, all good. Had to go back to swap. It was so busy. I had to laugh though when I asked a young female assist where I could find Rangehoods. She looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. But we located them. Lol
Absolute worst Bunnings in Australia.
I’ve been to them all up and down the eastern seaboard and not only does this store have a horrible limited range don’t dare try to buy something on a shelf that needs to be lifted down otherwise you’ll need to come back the next day.
