Bunnings Tuggerah

Huge box store and heaven for the DIY enthusiast. In addition to almost any tool you may need, this place also features a little cafe, a playground and kids workshops. They will bring your item to your boot, or to your house, and even have a courtesy rental trailer for those items that won’t fit in the back of the old Subaru. They assist in the design of many DIY projects, and even install on many others. They have a tool hire shop, key cutting, gas swap, paint matching and even pool water testing. It really is a one stop shop!

Great variety of plants in the nursery. Remaining stock is in good supply.

Staff were somewhat helpful, but had a few occasions with workers in sections and didn't know anything about the area (specifically nursery)

Well can’t say much about their click and collect service. Put an order for 2 bags soil at 6am sat 11.9 thinking this would be the best way during covid times. It’s now 9.30am 12.9 and still no email to say my order is ready. I wanted to do it on the weekend. Pick up your game bunnings how hard can it be, other stores mange to do click and collect in a couple of hours

We are always around there buying something for our new place and every time Max is around he is helpful and very professional, he has great knowledge in all areas. All the team there is nice tbh:)

So far I am waiting 4 weeks for a ceramic soap holder that was to take 7-10 days to deliver. My shower has been out of action that long and still waiting.

90% of my experiences at this store have been great, 90% of the staff are helpful, friendly and well mannered. And then theres the grumpy old man in the tool section.

Ah Bunnings.
No matter where you are, I’ll never have a bad word to say about you. The staff at THIS Bunnings were surprising friendly and knowledgeable, even the young girls were impressive and super helpful! I’d most definitely rate you ️

There’s a woman in the paint department named Wendy who has got to be the rudest and most ignorant Bunnings employee I have ever come across

I phoned the store today as I needed assistance to purchase online during lockdown. Paul in the garden tools section walked me through the products I was looking for, and in less than five minutes I was the owner of a new lawn mower and whipper snipper. Thank you Paul!

Pretty friendly and helpful staff, with comprehension range, but prices have steadily increased and I wish there were more competitors to keep prices down.

Best Hardware on Earth, Always find what I need, And Jen in the plumbing section at Tuggerah was exceptionally knowledgeable and was able to find me what I needed,

Coffee shop review. I brought a Caramel latte this morning and it tasted bitter had no caramel it was like warm and was DISCUSTING more training may need to be provided I will never buy a coffee at the shop again I encourage people to go buy coffee at real cafes not pop up one's in stores staff aren't probably fully trained

It's a Bunnings. It's got tools and stuff. Very handy place to go to if you need certain things. Sausage sandwiches are a bonus on the weekends

Changed from 1 star to 3 as a result of manager being helpful.
Hired a Ute for helping a friend move. We booked it for 3 pm to have it for 24hours. We were 1 hour late as we travelled from Sydney. We arrived and they rented the Ute to somebody else without a phone call or anything. Totally stuffed us up with helping a friend move. They tried to say we hired at 230 when it was actually 3pm. Even if we were late we booked for 24 hours and would have payed for that time. They should have called us. Terrible as my girlfriend is pregnant and that's why we were late. 47 degree heat doesn't help either.

Just spoke to manager and was apologetic who then offered us a discount. He mentioned he would get to the bottom of it. Hopefully this doesn't happen to others. We increased the stars from 1 to a 3 thanks to the manager.

Good variety of stock but unfortunately they didn't have a security camera I wanted even though the empty box was on the shelf
