Wow KYLE really knows his stuff
Went to ask some advice and help in purchasing day/night blinds, took my measurements in and he helped me choose blinds for my whole house. Congratulations Kyle on a great job, manners, patience and knowledge all rolled into one.

One of the worst Bunnings around, calling is a complete waste of time as the phone is never answered. Usually only 1 person in the paint shop. 2 checkouts open if you’re lucky, hardly any staff. Despise going to this place
Seven hills Bunnings sale led light is rubbish don't buy next time and terrible customer service
Asked for assistance in a specific section of the store, heard the announcement being made for someone to attend but no one turned up for 10min, at which point I gave up and left. Most of Bunnings stores are so extremely short staffed

Our go to Bunnings store. Go here every few days. Definitely couldn't live somewhere that didn't have a Bunnings nearby.
Their drive & collect system is a joke, don't bother with this shop, there are way better Bunnings than this one, Priscilla the floor manager needs to handle matters a little better, and have more manners over the phone.
The staff are amazing especially Jake. He truly cared about what I needed for my vegetable garden bed and he went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to buy the right material for my garden. He has such a passion to help out the customers. Jake was very patient and answered all my questions. Such a remarkable young man.
The Seven Hills, NSW Bunnings warehouse is a great place to find all you need for your home renovations, tools and gardening needs, this is a convenient store for me to shop at as it's close to my home as is the Blacktown warehouse, so depending on if an item is in stock I can choose either warehouse, both have plenty of parking and I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly at both stores.
Returning product was easily dealt with. Staff helpful n courteous. I often shop at this outlet.
Pros: plenty of parking; large warehouse
Cons: prices don’t necessarily reflect a warehouse. Customer care needs a lot of improvement.

If the workers on the cashier would stop trying to chat up the girl's and do their job it would be ok over charged for 4 out of 5 items JUST DO YOUR JOB

Drive and Collect makes it sound like it's similar to a drive-thru, but it's just Click and Collect by another name. They should call it that like everyone else

Huge, convenient, easy to access parking and well staffed with very helpful staff. The outdoor gardening section is excellent with a broad range of good quality, healthy plants, generally fairly competitively priced. Often good bargains to be found in most departments. Bunnings stores are of course generic but the accessibility to this one makes it a favorite, including an escalator from the parking below and it's much better located for street access than Northmead or Auburn.
Did an online order 24/8 its now 4/9 and have heard nothing from click and collect. Rang 4 times today and no one answering phone in click and collect. I just want to know why I have had no communication and when I can pick up my order. Very disappointing.
