Bunnings Rozelle reviews
23 My recent encounter with a staff member at the help desk today was disappointing. She was not interested in helping, immediately wanted to turn us away as if we were a burden to her.
My dad asked for assistance as the drill he bought less than 2 years ago was broken. Without checking the receipt, the broken items or any information, she said no and confidently said the warranty period was only 1 year.
Only when I insisted that it should be 2 years, she then checked with other staff member.
Then without checking the receipt carefully, she told us it was purchased more than 2 years ago so no warranty. (mind you, dad bought in April 2022, today is in February 2024)
I had to go back and forth with her to point out the obvious, which she could have listened or checked the receipt from the beginning.
Luckily there was a young helpful staff member who was there at the time. He listened to us at least, and checked the broken items so we could get it sorted.
How could you be at the help desk when you are not interested in helping at all?
This is one of the smaller Bunnings, but it has a lot of stuff packed in. There seems to be a huge selection of outdoor furniture and swimming pool gear - I guess that’s the market of the clients in that area
Dog friendly, you no longer need to put your pup in the trolley and only need them on leash. It’s one of the smallest Bunnings I’ve seen so likely won’t have a wide variety of products. Friendly and helpful staff.
They don't even have hydrochloric acid.what kind of a hardware store is this? But that'll take our traffic to get to this bloody store.they don't have a basic product
Saturday morning 11am. No sausages. Apparently they don’t do them Saturday’s. This isn’t a Bunnings. No deal.
Smaller Bunnings but still bigger than you might expect. Had many items I needed that Ashfield didn't have. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Went in wanting help with replacing a tricky battery and the staff were very helpful! Aaron-David helped us unscrew the gadget and replace the battery in a patient and efficient manner. Great bunnings!
Rozelle could be the worst Bunnings in the country. Their lack of items & stock is breathtaking. The excuse is always the same: ‘we’re a small store’. What was the point then of building this monstrosity
Great parking and lifts to the car!
2 floors of stock and garden section for flowers etc. Also easy access
Tucked away near the port, I've just started making this my favourite hardware store for painting and other DIY projects
Imagine choosing to be one of the only Bunnings that doesn’t allow dogs or forcing them into a trolley (which is unsafe).
5 out 5. This will be very popular for tradies who will be using the East-West, M5-M8 & M5 tunnelling road network.
Very handy because I live local. $2 flowering plants Fly buys can be converted to dollars. Probably $10 for every $2, spent like Woolworths. You use a Kmart, Target & lots of stores to get points.
Great place to get your basic hardware needs. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Parking is limited and timed so that encourages you to dash in and dash out!
Compact compared to your average Bunnings but has everything you need. Good parking. Uncrowded. Close to home is the best thing.
Should have a Click & Collect Bay or signage in Car Park, went upstairs up a ramp in error thinking "large" items could be collected from there. The Hill Billy in the warehouse had a Coronary purely because in error I drove up the ramp. Fortunately the staff on floor were far more friendly.
Bunnings Rozelle got a really knowledgeable team, always willing to help.
People are always complaining when a new Bunnings is opening because of the traffic that that may cause but I didn't notice any change or issue so far.
Overall, it is a practical thing to have access to Bunnings so close from the city.
One of the worst Bunnings - nothing that you actually need but plenty of tacky garden gnomes. Avoid.
Small Bunnings, it's ok if something small needed, other ways travel further to a big one.
A new whizz bang Bunnings store but weird layout and limited stock/variety. Car parking is the new timed underground with very limited capacity
