Convenient but obviously doesn't carry the range of stock available in the bigger stores.

Nice store but very small and does not have much variety or options I guess I'm just used to the slightly larger stores. But the staff are lovely and the shelve looked to be fully stocked in all sections of the store

I used to go in here and get excellent advice from some old carpenter who had spent a lifetime in the trade and was really keen to impart information.
I feel like they are more interested in the political statement than their value proposition. I need some information on sanding with an angle grinder so I’ll go to Randwick Bunnings only because I can’t get the help in Rose Bay (lovely as they are).
I’ve been going to Bunnings warehouse for 15 years at least and I’ve experienced excellent service from gay, straight, young and old, mixed ability’s and all. You already led the way in diversity.
Are u just sell DIY or politics too?

I was on hold to rose bay Bunnings for 30 minutes. A rude lady answered and was very abrupt. I was just asking if I could rent a carpet cleaner & she was extremely rude & short. No apology for for holding for so long & no help.

The worst customer service do your self a favour and never buy from there, they mucked up my order and instead of taking responsibility for it and to fix it and they tried to say it was my problem and the only solution is that I'm going to pay extra money to get it delivered from a completely different location.

Bunnings is one of the best tool shop out there, with its great hardware and has some great parking, the area that its in a great so lots of people don't have to go to another suburb to go to Bunnings, and I get everything for my plants here and the price is fantastic with its very reasonable prices for DIY equipment and more!

I bought t-rex water proof tape for my liking under pressure hose. The staff said it will be work. So. I bought with the price $20. Unfortunately, that isn't work. I call them to ask hose replacement but they just hang the phone without try to answer me. I just don't want to back and forth to the store.very dissapointed

Returned an inexpensive yet faulty product and received what I can only describe as extreme hostility from the cashier. A truly unsettling experience. Will not be rushing back to shop at this Bunnings.

Generally found the staff at Bunnings super friendly and helpful, if often overworked. Generally that was the case here, and with 2-3 staff members person customer they were not busy. With the exception of one staff member. Despite several requests for help she refused, until I said "Perhaps your manager can help me". Then she was very helpful.

Went to get pool salt. I am aware that there is a nationwide shortage. However according to the website there was stock. I then went on a fruitless trek to Rosebay only to find there was none, and never was in the first place. The staff are helpful but it appears the management not. Why can't they update their website?

Staff member Vish was super helpful kimd and knowledgeable. I bought two items because of him and his help that i would not have bought as i went fo get a click and collect. He was ome of the nicer staff members. They dont sell glitter paint o rt glitter spray paint though which is annoying.

Good informative customer service but bare in mind there is limited range and stock, parking at the rear, limited height entry.

Despite being spread over two floors, this Bunnings is extremely cramped with narrow aisles. Not great for the current situation. Underground parking is also extremely tight, not much of it either. Off-street is the way to go. Because the store is small, they often don't have what I am looking for, so I find myself having to go to Alexandria where I have always found what I need. Definitely great for everyday general stuff, but when you start looking for specific items, there really is not much at all.

Can be a bit difficult to get parking, but for a small version of the typical Bunnings store there is a surprising range of items including timber.

A bizarre store for stock and format, a shell of its pre-redevelopment self. Good enough for many handyman items- enough to put competing stores out of business, but lacking many building basics e.g. Concrete (they have rapid set only), timber over 2m, ply, conduit or pipes over 1m or 2m at best. And yet large stocks of tile adhesive, portland cement (but no sand or aggregate) and other less mainstream items. Rarely saves me from the drive to Alexandria or Randwick

Been to the Rose Bay Bunnings plenty of times, adequate parking for vehicles up to 2.1m in height. Friendly staff and has all stock for quick projects with general equipment, I'm sure I'll be back plenty of times!

DIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The online system has been an utterly appalling shopping experience. I think the worst I have ever had in my life (First world problems, I know but.still, you have my money, I don't have my complete order. Stealing is stealing)

I've called/emailed/chat request sente multiple times to chase this up through appropriate and proper channels before post on here but clearly you do not care about you customers and it doesn't sound like I'm in the minority either. You leave me no choice.

Attempted purchase online on 20th August, transaction went through and got order number, but no confirmation email and did not appear in my order history.

Waited 24 hours

Nothing, emailed support.

No reply to that email but got a 'something went wrong email', please try again.

Tried twice more, same issue.

Emailed support, chat option vanished from website

Chased Support

Chased support again

Tried calling - say on call q for an hour. Call terminated with a "we are too busy" message

Finally got call from a super helpful representative who took me through the whole thing, Seemed fine, they were great.
Got pinged on Facebook messenger at same time. This seemed to all be fixed and redeemed.but.

No update on order after that until I get a one ring miss call weeks later, and a text from a courier saying my item had been delivered- no indication it was from Bunnings, no order number that matched, the 'click the link in the text for details' went to a dead link on a courier site with no other working pages. I assumed a scam.

My neighbor found the box dumped at the (very obviously) side entrance to the building. I checked the intercom on the main entrance. Working fine.

I call and email and email again, and again.

Can't get a human on chat, no one answers email, can't get through on the phone.

My order is missing items!

I forgot my face mask in the car and they tried SELLING a face mask to me in order to enter. I went back to the car and got my one. How disgusting that such a large company is selling masks in order to enter their store during a pandemic. Capitalism and profit comes first. Not to mention that staff member at the front counter who could not be any less helpful and any more arrogant when I was leaving with my gear.

The very next day I went to the Artarmon store in the afternoon and was welcomed in and offered a free mask upon entry.
