Bunnings Port Macquarie

Bunnings is almost second home anywhere we are! Here the staff are so friendly and helpful. Product range has been good for what we want and exchanges and refunds are no trouble when needed.

Great place to shop, but unfortunately, the plant section was not so good when I was looking for a plant that the website said it was in stock. Staff very helpful in most sections though.

I would like to compliment the way I was treated today. I phoned the store yesterday and was put through to Chesta in gardening, he was very helpful and we arranged to come into the store today. Chesta was very knowledgeable about the product we were looking at and he gave very valuable advice. I know who I will be looking for on my future visits. A good experience all round.

Standard Bunnings. Usual slow register process with absolutely no staff on check out and loads of people waiting. I’m not sure why, yet every Bunnings is the same, they have so many staff in the shop, yet so little at check out. Then they close the self service check out.

Kaitlyn in the paint department has the most beautiful, efficient customer service.

Bunnings at Port Mac is the same as Bunnings everywhere else. There is literally no difference. Like none at all.
Just another large corporation that cheapens out on costs so it can undercut everyone else. Teenagers who think they are tradespeople. Occasional old fella who knows a thing or two which is refreshing.

Dont EVER buy soil from bunnings! Always infested with fungas gnats and other pests! Go to a nursery

Since moving into the new store the range has increased tremendously. The store is now on par with most others in NSW. The staff are still very obliging and genuine.
As far as Bunnings goes this is as good as it gets

A young man by the name of Moses at Port Macquarie, Bunnings just went beyond his duties for me. I did a click and collect.but arrived too early for it to be ready. Moses, without me asking, went himself to pick up these fans and completed necessary paperwork. I was very appreciative. Thank you Moses.you have a beautiful Christmas. 10 out of 10 for this employee.

Went to port bunnings yesterday to purchase the Ryobi promo pack, whipper snipper & blower, unfortunately, we were fobbed off by 3 employees who couldn't be bothered helping us, another told us there were none left, totally understood that, but asked if they could check if there were any left in stock, he just walked away. Another member told us to "go to bonny hills" Needless to say, I bought a whipper snipper anyway cost me more than I wanted to spend. Was not offered the promo pack for when more stock arrived, really disappointed with the service, wandered round for at least 15 minutes looking for a staff member to help. Usually good service at pmq store, that's why we take the time to drive there. Pic up your game customer service was lousy. I've visited this store many times, always had a good day there, but yesterday was just disappointing

Went into Bunnings Port Macquarie this afternoon, despite being busy the store had one register open, apart from the refund desk. This created a long line waiting to pay for the items wanted. Some things never change!

Always friendly amazing helpful staff a car park that's big enough and soooo much more variety I love this Bunnings
