Always love to go Bunnings’s love the plant area full of beautiful plants and DIY area just to look for new ideas.

Commendations to Buck for his above and beyond effort in making sure that my product return today was seamless and pleasant. No hesitations in coming to thid store to fulfil my hardware needs in the future.

Good store but can some one tell me why its located with in eye sight of the next bunnings. North parra bunnings is literaly 2 minutes away

The store is laid out great and the paint section guy helped me on the phone to figure out what to do about my problem. Great team. Cheers

Ordering something online to collect, I have been waiting for massage for three day, Do not get any massage from store!
Take time too long.

I live in one of the 12 Sydney LGA COVID hotspots. Bunnings new COVID click and collect only option is not ideal. I understand the limitations in this current COVID climate however my order took 5 days to get ready and the pick-up was not all that well organised. I will just postpone any further purchases until restrictions ease or buy items elsewhere. I am however a regular Bunnings shopper and will shop there again once we get some normality back again.

Bunnings Northmead outlet has plenty of parking space. Advantage is that I was able to look for an item Online with the aisle number which is helpful in accessing it. The staff are very helpful in giving proper guidance. This store has huge stocks of all the products.

They never have enough staff employed on the checkouts. The self service checkout is often closed because there is no staff there to monitor it. On a good day they will have one checkout open plus the checkout where the refunds are done and a bored staff member standing at the entrance scanning receipts to make sure no one steals anything. The whole purchasing checkout process jams up if refund counter is cutting keys or doing a refund instead if doing sales, For a company having a sister company called Coles (under the Westfarmers Group) where Coles employ more staff the whole customer purchasing checkout process experience at Bunnings is appalling,

Staff here are very rude. Today the store was closing and I put all the items to checkout, which I then asked the cashier if I could quickly grab something off the shelf. She replied with no you cannot we are closing you just get whatever is here. I found this very disappointing as I've never been treated this way at any other bunnings. She also did not seem to care even though I was very polite.

Additionally I've been to this bunnings for the past 5 months as it now is my local. No one here has any knowledge of the store or products and very poor customer service skills. Very disappointing. Marsden Park Bunnings staff need to come to Northmead!

In general good. Standard stuff. The trades pickup closes at 430 on sunday which is a bummer. Didn't stop me from getting what i wanted just had to cart it all downstairs to the parking.

Great store. Very conveniently located. Great staff. Isles are full. Great spread of items. Accessible friendly. Has got toilets. Has cafe and kids play area but closed due to covid.

Very helpful in paint section, very impressed with Mr Haroon. Very professional and knowledgeable in painting. He saved the day with his experience in paint. Ask for him for help on your painting projects

Pretty annoying location with crazy traffic. Seems to not have much stock, dented boxes and messy displays.

Needed to exchange and had a little difficulty. Was told the price difference was because of damage? Who would buy a damaged blind?

Worst experience. Quality of service is detorating everyday. Kids are being hired to cost cut and they just don't know how to behave or speak to customers. Not helpful or even bothered to check if there is stock of any product. I think the bigger the brand gets the sloppier the service gets.pathetic

Hats off to you guys, thanks Raheel and Andrew for making sure I got warranty on my 3yr old lawnmower battery.

This branch was not as expected! They don't have many items that are usually available at other branches

Best shopping place for family especially for men. Love the smiles of team members & I know help is there whenever I needed.

Has everything but no one has no knowledge of anything nothing like the commercial where they are all know it alls who can tell about everything

Good Bunnings but lacking in mamy products. MY ADVICE to all. RING FIRST and ask if they stock it. The staff are great and the manager alike. Ray in trade is the best. My rating is based purely on staff as seven hills is the best Bunnings
