Bunnings North Penrith

Friendly staff, clean and tidy enough to push around the big trolley without knocking stuff over. JUST FIND IT SO ANNOYING EVERY TIME I WALK IN THE STORE AND HAVE NO RECEPTION TO USE MY PHONE

As always it's our favorite place, Penrith always satisfies us. Katoomba is too small.

The staff here are so incredibly rude. They are always hard to find to help, and can be quite useless when found. Was spoken to in such a patronising tone on our last visit I wouldn't bother talking to anyone who works there anymore. My uncle who worked for Bunnings would be rolling in his grave if he knew how disgusting the staff are here.

Generally OK to shop here but the customer service is awful. Witnessed an older lady struggling with some metal lengths. She dropped them due to this struggle and I saw at least 5 young able bodied employees just stare at her instead of helping her. My partner ended up helping her pick them up AND take them to her car all while the door person stood there and watched. Very hard to get a helpful answer out of staff as they usually don't have a clue and point you in a general direction. I also wanted to mention the young girls that work on the counters and the doors that are usually more concerned about their eyelashes, their weekend plans or how many times they can put their rain jackets on and off. Just a little more professionalism and customer service would go a long way!

Went there the other day to buy some outdoor furniture. A staff member called Zee was helping us and went above and beyond. Great customer experience.

Great store.just could not find available staff on the floor to ask questions but finally managed and found the bed pieces we were looking for.bed brackets still not found though but my handy man managed to build the bed without them. Overall - all good

Already wrote was a great place Bunnings is. I'm coverting this garden cart at the moment? May buy a new wheel barrow. ️ Lillian

Went to this one as my sister needed to buy some plants so we headed outside & asked a elderly lady who was sitting down on a chair was very abrupt & not helpfull at all & didn't know where the cat grass was but stayed in her chair she never budged, can you employ me please so I can sit on my arse & get paid for doing nothing & maybe update your staff so they know where things are in there area if not then don't employ twits that don't know what there doing‍️

Products shown in stock online weren't in stock. This wasted a great deal of time. When a staff member on the customer service desk was asked if the product was in stock, they said there was 2 and 1 was a display. The 2nd wasn't in stock and they suggested I simply visit other stores to try and find it. I've since shopped elsewhere.

Staff was very helpful and made order for me and called once it arrived all though it was damaged they quickly replaced it i find them very professional.

I have shopped at many Bunnings stores & North Penrith is definitely the absolute best.

I went in way too late 5 mins before closing and didn't have time to find what I wanted. I left with coat hangers and a bucket. Good coat hangers and a bucket ty.

Covid safe entry and shopping.
Still the best range, variety of products and brands, competitive pricing and helpful staff.

Asked 3 people for assistance they all said down there row didn't attempt to tell me exactly where the product was and even one sent to the wrong

Bunnings needs to make a more user friendly stock system and make all stores the same

Isles are different at every store I have been to I get something from isle 20 at one store I get the same item at another from isle 40 and I don't know why it's different for the same stock

Five star staff. But due to environmental issues Bunnings the corporation get a 2star so to balance out its a 4.
The special orders desk is brilliant. So helpful and professional and with great suggestions. Danish was completely essential to my successful renos. Thanks team!

Stock not replenished from stacked stock. Finding help is frustrating, they don't know anything. I have overheard a recommendation from the electrical department that was very dangerous.
Bunnings doesn't hire trade experts but cheap labour.

I had a list of items for delivery which couldn't all be ordered online. Delivery was cheap. I could not have fitted this order into my car. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
