54Website said replacement shovel handle was in store. Went to store, and it wasn’t there. Ask a staff member, who was irritated by my question, and told me to go to Belrose as they don’t stock them. Made me feel like a nuisance.
Good for the odd item however if you're after something specific check the website as they aren't huge, you may need to go to Belrose. Click and Collect is a disaster.
I don't understand why at least 5/10 times an item that shows in stock online is out of stock when I go to the site.time wasting, especially in this store. "Theft must be out of control" here.
Generally a pretty good store with a few grumpy members (ok, 1 At the paint counter) but a great secret stash in a box on the top shelf in the back right corner of Kreg tools and quality clamps not usually seen in bunnings.
On the small scale compared to balgowlah and Belrose, limited parking, which can get a bit tricky when the delivery trucks arrive, wide range of stock, majority of the staff are friendly, there are two women here who let the team down, rather disappointing really, that's why I knocked off a star, if Ur a cautious driver and get nervy about the turning by the butchers on the corner to get to this Bunnings use the the lights and two roundabouts to get to and fro this place, U can walk here but from the bus stop in Narrabeen to here it's half an hour or more depending on how fast you walk.
I love this Bunnings store. The staff are great and although it's a bit smaller than other Bunnings stores, it still has a great variety of products.
The people here were very helpful to me, I was in and out with my new lawnmower in no time. Very reasonably priced too. Would definitely tly recommend this bunnings.
Very difficult to find what you're looking for with the store layout and the staff were very blunt and unhelpful when asked a question regarding where a specific piece of plumbing gear was located.
Great service from helpful friendly staff, but avoid this place during school hour pick up and drop offs cause all the school mums take up all the parking spots
A bit more like a warehouse than the newer 2 level Balgowlah Bunnings but the Narrabeen store had the items I wanted all in stock. It's also considerably larger than Brookvale Bunnings who doesn't stock things like raised garden beds.
The staff were rally helpful. Congratulations to the local management on leading such great teams.
Just love spending time looking at the plants here.the lady (Sorry don't know her name) have noticed is always super friendly and patient with all customers

Really great has most things you need, this bunions is a bit on the snake side but at least it mashes it easier to find stuff because of that! Customer service is good as well!
Good small Bunnings but hasn't got most things and staff send you to another branch or just give you a card to call someone to reorder.
This shop might qualify for the worst Bunnings in Australia. A very simple online pick up which should be ready for collection was too complicated.
The staff did not know how to handle an online pick up and told me to go and collect it from the shelves.so what's the point of offering an pick up service and paying upfront?
The worst yard service by the rudest most unhelpful yard staff I have ever encountered anywhere.
Friendly staff, doesn't always have what you need but that's a given due to the size of the store. Belrose is about 20 minutes away and is huge.
Only bad thing is that the driveways in and out of the carpark - they need to be concreted again, they're so deep your car will bottom out if you drive quickly into it.
