Good variety of stuff and friendly staff that are more than happy to help you find what you are looking for.

Now this store knows what service is. All staff including cafe staff were awesome. Well done McGraths Hill, Blacktown store needs to come here to learn about customer service

Been a few times recently. No self serve open and 1 checkout open if your lucky. I would've thought letting the customers pay might be an important facet of the business. Never had to line up and wait for ages to pay at Mitre 10

It would be nice to go here just once and not have to listen to the staff whinging and whining about other staff members.
If the staff spent as much time and effort in their actual job as they do with talking about what other staff are doing wrong it would be a good Bunnings to go to.

It's OK as a smaller local store but the range is reduced. It's good for smaller projects but Rouse Hill and Castle Hill are better.

One of my favourite places.
Not only do they generally have stuff that I need but the play area is very popular with the grandchildren.

Customer service could do with a shot of enthusiasm and perhaps a dash of giving rats. We usually feel like we've walked into a party uninvited and feel we really should leave.
Also a little product knowledge would go a long way. Having said that, it's not all bad but they fall far short of other bunnings stores we have visited. Plenty of room for improvement.

Always find staff helpful, even taking you to were the product are. I enjoy going to what I call the adults toy shop with new items almost every visit

As a volunteer for the bbq outside. $2: 50 hardly covers costs. Given price increases bunnings should increase the allowed price. How can volunteer organisations keep doing this at a price from 10 years ago.

Weekend Bunnings doesn't enough staff to help. The ones that are there don't know much including the isles where products are

Bunnings McGraths Hill is well laid out and most often the staff are on hand ready to help if needed.

Loaded the new Bunnings App and now I can locate everything I need in the store as it tells the exact location of your item.

All are hardware, bbq and garden needs are met here at Mcgraths Hill Bunnings. Keep up the great work staff for you provide a great service, your store is always clean and service always with a smile.

Love the place like a second home just disappointed with the quality of the songs lately a standard should be present to bare all supermarket snag and local butcher snags only

Bunnings at it best. You will find stocks out here if they are shortage at other stores. I have been lucky couple of times

Sorry to say but the staff is too rude at this place. Went to look for the Christmas lights this afternoon as I was told by the rouse hill store that Mcgrath Hill store has a stock available for what I was looking for. Went there and looking for the product I came for but was not able to find it. Saw a short and old guy with all grey hair walking towards me so I thought that I should asked him for help. So, I approached him and asked him very politely "can you please help me"? The guy was so obnoxious that he didn't even bother stopping for me. He kept walking straight and said, "I can't help you but will send someone to help". So, I stood at the spot for more than 10 minutes, but no one came. There was no help of whatsoever. Wasted all my time just by standing there for nothing. Finally, I got out of the isle, and saw another staff. Asked another team member to help but he said that he is new and does not know much. Also, they are all busy, but he will try to help. Eventually, I picked a light of what I could see myself.

Extremely poor scorecard. The staff does not want to be there and help customers in need. No such a thing called a customer service whatsoever.it's so hilarious and ridiculous. Unbelievably bad attitude and demeanour of staff. They don't smile at all and unapproachable. Horrific experience.

If I could give less then one star for over the phone customer service, I would!
My husband called to ask about the availability of a certain product and was abruptly told that he could check online. My husband does not have the facility to check online otherwise he would have.
I then called and was told the same thing. The woman on the phone said that she had no way of checking and that there was no one in the said department of Bunnings to check for her.
This is very poor service and a bad reflection on Bunnings Mcgraths Hill.
