41 Nice and close to home only six-minute drive happy to come here every now and again to buy tools and especially pet food for my pets.

No sense of customer service. What’s the point of offering click and collect if you are going to make the customer stand in the long queue as the customers returning goods.
The staff in the plant section are friendly, fun and always have interesting things to say

A big applause to Amanda and Sandro who was working on Saturday evening, noticed Amanda gave outstanding service to everyone even though when she was working all alone. She was under the pump yet she was smiling and handled the pressure very well.
Sandro was very helpful and friendly, he was very busy but yet he had the patience to hear the problem and resolved the issue in no time.
They both are absolutely very friendly, down to earth and very valuable asset to Bunnings, both of you please keep up your fantastic work.

Useless cut shop at Bunnings, Marsden Park. Every time you go to the shop or ring them, the cut shop is closed or machinery broken or the guy who operates the machinery finishes job early (3pm on Sunday) …I’ve experienced this fourth time in the last couple of months, ridiculous… why don’t you update the operating hours of your cut shop in the portal as you list down your store operating hours…
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of stock means there's a good chance that they always have what I need. The store is clean and there is plenty of parking.

Notably one of the worst Bunnings. Seem to have consistent problems with stock. The staff in the outdoor area checkout are unhelpful, argumentative and confrontational.
If I could give a zero I would. I purchased an item for click and collect. I received a phone call asking to ring them. I have been hung up on 6 times consecutively having waited in excess of an hour. Very, very poor service. I don't mind waiting as I know everyone is busy but not acceptable to simply hang up on me constantly.
A man walked into the shop and didnt register with the qr code. There was no attempt to stop him. I thought that was not right. Management is letting the side down
Trade desk and special orders staff (Jane, Sharmin, Moosa, Praveen & Doona) are very helpful.
Bunnings has dropped the ball with click and collect. It takes days for the order completion, customer service takes 2 hours on the phone or a week on email to contact.
Don’t pretend you don’t have the money to properly staff your customer service department.
Online ordering sucks! Placed an order on a Monday which wasn't ready for pick-up until Friday. Booked in a time slot, called the number and then waited 15 minutes to receive it. If I knew it would take that long I wouldn't have bothered! Why offer convenience if it's less convenient than doing it the regular way?
I was in an emergency to collect an order & Ros and the Team from Marsden Park Bunnings were able to arrange to have my order picked and ready in 25 mins from order. I can’t thank them enough. Fantastic customer service during the COVID lockdown.

Some checkout staff are not environmental friendly. Bunnings say you can take empty boxes near checkout area and re-use them. But some checkout staff may stop you once you take over 2. Not cool.
Busy with a good selection of goods. Hard to find help but very helpful when you find someone to help. Greeters at the door are pleasant and inviting.
