Bunnings Lake Haven reviews
43The new Lakey store is such an easy store to get around. Powerpass makes things so easy, scan things into your cart as you go, pay by paypal as you’re walking to the front door, the lass at the door scans your QR code at the door, and off you go!
Olivia here went above and beyond with my delivery order to check the additional stock i needed was available and save me double delivery fees. Very impressive customer focus.:)
Great experience no problem QR in fine now one asked if you have been dould vacs at anytime or ask to see it
Good variety at store and I can recommend click and collect service its always ready so quickly and I have found the girls at the service desk to be very helpful and they will call you if something just happens to be out of stock and offer a refund or to offer something similar with great advise. Netter than tuggerah where I had a young guy watch me struggle with a BBQ but never offered to help.luckily they wouldn't do that at Lake Haven you would get help immediately.well done staff.
Home improvements made easy. Needed new hot water heater and they also install and remove old tank. Brilliant
Like most other Bunnings but I find the staff very friendly here for some reason… and tend to find better available stock compared to others
Love going to Bunnings. The range of quality plants and pots is fantastic. The range of fertiliser and pest control for my garden is very helpful. Need Bunnings for my mental health x
The lady on the front door needs to learn customer service skills. Not only does she look you up and down with a sour face and walk away but she actively goes out of her way to be rude. I think I've briefly seen her name tag has a J on it one of those boys/girls names, steer clear of her and don't be upset if she treats you like dirt, she does it to every one, every time I've seen her with any customer she has look upset to be there, walking as fast as she can to get away. RUDE
This place is huarge. I reckon if you can't find it here, it hasn't been made yet.same ol' Bunnings friendly, helpful staff
I went into the lake haven store this morning hoping to get some rust steel privacy screens that are advertised on there website, there were none in stock, I asked if they could be ordered in and I got a plain no response, I explained that I couldn't travel more than 5kms to another store that has them and I was told they were suspended at this store so no they cant be ordered in, I thought that Bunnings were helpful before this happened but obviously not, its not the staffs fault they can only operate within the guidelines set, today I was going to spend around $1000 with other items but walked out instead very disappointed
So annoying when you buy security cameras and go to set them up and realise someone has taken the charger cable from the box.
Great customer service! I would be in Bunnings everyday if I had the money! Coffee shop for the adults and kids playground for the kids while parents sit and chat. Garden section always has the in season plants ready to go.
Great service and friendly staff. I bought a shiny hammer and some nuts & bolts. Drove through roundabouts to get home. Well worth the drive.
Easy parking, always has stock, easily accessible. FOR TALL PEOPLE! Came here for a new esky and they put the good ones up on the high shelf.
Please, I just want a new esky
Had a snag and a drink, was helped by someone to the BBQ section and they shared a bit of knowledge and helped me find what I was looking for.
I really like Bunnings however the check out blonde lady should not be at the checkout. Not friendly and was a bit grumpy very poor service from her.
Typical of what you would expect from a Bunnings store.
The undercover parking is greatly appreciated on wet or hot days
Has everything I need. I really like the trade area as makes it easy for me to load up with what I need. One of the better stores.
Well, Bunnings have everything, if you can find what you are looking for. Getting help means walking around an acre of store trying find someone.
Parking is great at the Charmhaven store and the staff are ok, when you can find them. They should have printouts of the aisles and what they contain. I've never seen any. I'm sure bnb you'll find what you are looking for, patience.
