Bunnings Kotara reviews
50Awesome staff I the tool shop helped me find what I needed even when they called up another bunnings to check for stock
A big thanks to Heath in the kotara store mower aisle. He helped us choose the right mower and trimmer for our lawn. Polite, knowledgeable, patient and a great teacher. Thanks Heath!

A shout out to STEPHEN, Qualified Horticulturist, Greenlife Expert who assisted my mum yesterday (visiting from Brisbane) with pesticide questions to resurrect the garden. Thank you for sharing invaluable information with us.
Has everything we need for home maintenance and improvement as well as a garden centre I can spend an hour in.
Thank you Andrew for the lovely service and all the hustle…really helpful… had a very bad experience before but was very good this time…
Always ready for a walk around Bunnings. Covid safe entry procedures and plenty of close parking areas. Check for heavily reduced items.
Went in to hire a carpet cleaner the other day. Was served by Gawain at the service desk and would just like to compliment him on his delightful service. Gawain was very helpful and concise with directions for using the machine, and was altogether very pleasant to deal with. The carpet cleaner was fantastic too, never used one before and found it easy to use and it did a great job.
Great place for all your hardware needs etc I still like to.wipe my trolley with wipes but I never see them.available wich is disappointing im.sure ppl.don't want my germs and i.dint want there's either
As with all Bunnings had a huge range of products, staff were friendly and helpful. Because I was at the centre for other purposes I probably won't visit again but instead will go to my local store.
A good sized Bunnings with helpful staff. Some of the stick was untidy on the shelves. It was obvious that customers had been careless. It did make it difficult to locate the price of the item I was interested in.
The Bunnings here is great and the staff are typically really helpful, but the carpark is a nightmare. It was small to begin with but they've just redesigned the flow and added boomgates and it's now appallingly slow to get in and out. Will be shopping at other Bunnings so I don't waste twenty minutes just getting in and out.
Very handy hours of opening! Heaps of stock. Polite staff. During moving we lost 'shelf pins' it was great to be able to buy some at 7pm on a Wednesday night!
What have you done to the carpark. It wasnt great before but is SO bad now I wont shop in this complex any more
Not too bad. Staff don't seem to be as friendly and helpful as they were in years gone by. I also find it frustrating that items advertised as being in stock on Bunnings website aren't available in store.
What you need for home renovations and repairs. Snags on weekends. Coffee shop and great garden varieties. Helpful staff, high ceilings.
Today 27/9 @5pm went in to Bunnings. First time bought anything here, and arranged with a lovely helpful lady over the phone she said she would carry the door to the Trade Desk and I could collect it from Trade Desk. Approached 'Service Desk' with two young girls chatting. Stood there a good few minutes while they continued their chat. Then suddenly I'm not invisible. I am asked "do you need any help? " Well yes please (that's why I'm standing here!) and I ask where the Trade Desk is. The girl did not know. She didn't even ask her friend at the other end. So I spent a further ten minutes walking around trying to find The Trade Desk. Your young staff 1. Need better training to KNOW where the Trade Desk actually is. I would think that's an essential part of your business. 2. ASK a co-worker where the trade desk is to HELP the customer. And 3. Give these kids jobs to do if they're not busy - it's not a good image to stand there talking.
Staff do not want to do their job, we went there for replacement of our vacuum cleaner bcz it was not working and they said call the company they can’t do anything. But after that we went to Wallsend staff there was so helpful they did our replacement in 5 min.
Rude cow at front desk didn't know how to process a credit from an exchange receipt and acted like it was my fault. Unbelievably unfriendly and unhelpful.
We were finishing our shopping today when a quite young staff member approached us and enquired if we needed any help. We needed our first swap and go gas bottle. This young guy could not have been any more helpful with arranging this. Much obliged, sorry I didn't read his name badge.
