Bunnings Goulburn reviews
53My main complaint is that its a hardware store, not an animal welfare century or a vet facility. Are the trollies cleaned after use for a pet wheel chair?
Very helpful and friendly staff in this store- they go the extra mile- thanks for filling my Amarok with concrete blocks.
Rented a Ute which took 30 mins to check out, and then another 45 minutes to check back in. Meanwhile I was 15 minutes late so they charged me an hour but didn’t seem to care how much of my time they wasted… very frustrating and lack of respect for peoples time.
Recently arrived in nsw and visited here to pick up a few things for the new place.
I was approached by a man named David who only the day before started working with the team and I have to commend this man for asking if I needed help and then followed up by making sure I got what I needed.
Some days at different bunnings stores you could walk the entire shop looking for someone to help and once you do find them they seem to be juggling several customers and never get back to you which is poor service.
Thanks, David, for making my visit a pleasant one.
There are times when I wonder if hardware is for the staff who work in Bunnings, too hard to wear. The apathy and the disinterest, the lack of manners, eye contact and just general human engagement make trips to buy essential items something approaching a dread. Yes, it's probably boring, yes the customers are probably ignorant, but we customers pay the wages and keep the staff in work in what is a relatively high unemployment location with little diversity or enriching prospects. As I buy from this particular store, 2-3 times per week and have done since it opened, I can't say the atmosphere or the staff attitude has rarely ever imprinted on me a impression of commitment, rather the staff convey an attitude that warrants a change to the corporate motto, which ought to read, "In order for our low prices to be the beginning, our quality of service will be 10% lower.every time. "
Its Bunnings so its has to be good! Great service, staff so friendly and the coffee delicious.
Great help from staff member Lucy was very great help gave me advice finding right screw for the hole I needed for doing it right
I spent an hour trying to locate timber type required, found it and looked for assistance, as per usual had the shift 2.4m post times 6 on my own, seen many staff walking around but they are all busy. Then told that the other timbers I was after had never been sold there, luckily I had a previous screenshot for evidence. What a pain.
Imagine being given a complementary packet of freshly packed popcorn when departing! Great selection of healthy plants especially Australian natives. Friendly helpful staff. Convenient parking. I like being able to directly go in and out of the plant nursery without being caught at more crowded counters inside.
The staff are friendly, the range is quite extensive; we usually pop in to check out the plants both indoor and out, and the garden accessories. Like the calendar of events to help people get DIY savvy; and the free mag and packing boxes. Really enjoy the sausage sizzle on the weekend and the support Bunnings provides to community groups, however we usually visit during the week.
Regular sized Bunnings with great service and friendly staff. Never had a bad experience there.
I always like going to Bunnings, it gives me so many new ideas and I find so many items and solutions for my home. Plus the staff here are always so helpful
They don't call back when they say that they will, stock is harder to find, customer knows more than a team member.
Prime location. I love that the layout is the same. Easy to find things for the regular Tradie.
Came in go get some plants and Ella in the garden section was awesome. So kind and knowledgeable, a true asset to both Bunnings and the Goulburn community. Be proud of yourself young lady, very well done
Overrated overpriced. If they took out all the rubbish products, the store could be reduced by 1/3 at least. Staff are good.
Very poor service. I rang twice to speak to the orders desk and on both occasions was told I would have to leave a message but noone ever called me back. When you actually go into the store noone shows any interest in helping. Prices aren't as "lowest" as they claim either.
Went to Bunnings Gungahlin ACT store last week. Needed someone to cut a sheet of wood. We gave up after waiting 1/2 hour for someone to do the job. Went to the Belconnen store. Did not have the item we needed. So we decided to drive all the way to Bunnings at Goulburn today. Not only did they have what we needed. But Mark in the Timber Section looked after us. Thank you Mark.and thank you Bunnings Goulburn.
Just the same as all bunnings stores, its a bit hard to find someone to help but when I do, they are very helpful. Some know more about things than others so some do need more training.
Thank you to Bunnings Goulburn for the great open information night they hosted last night. So well organised and thank you to the staff who kept everything smooth
