Bunnings Glendale reviews
75Popped into Bunnings Glendale at roughly 1130am today for last min Father's Day voucher! Already super overwhelmed from battling woolies just before hand. I have to say your door person today took a moment to speak to me on the way out and it has really made my day. As a retail manager myself I would hire them in a heart beat! You have a keeper there! Tell them when they are ready for a change I will happily offer them a job. Well done Glendale.
A big thankyou to Mr Howard:)
He helped me with my whipper snipper; taught me how to use it, put the wires in for me and gave me direction on what to do in future.
I humbly appreciate Mr Howard’s help! He was so patient, so informative and proved himself to be the perfect definition of an employee with excellent customer service skills
A great experience here. Staff were super friendly. The lady at the entrance and checkout staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. All items were in stock and easy to find. Worth the visit
Ordered a coffee and a sausage roll from the Cafe and was shocked to see the Barista teach the other worker a lazy habit when pouring the coffee shots, but then waited over 15 minutes (less than 5 customers) for my coffee and tried to tell me they didn't have any caramel and proceeded to make me a vanilla one, while telling me, assuming that would be ok.
Then when I said no I will just have a refund it took almost another 5 minutes to work out how to refund me.
I ended up being late because she took so long.
The 2 stars are for the bunnings staff if it were based off my bunnings Cafe experience, it would be 0 stars.
Thank you Luke Glendale for your help finding the correct downlight. Saved me a lot of time and effort.
Cheers
It was easy to enter from the road n easy exit carpark n the store was awesome it had everything
Quite a large warehouse, organised and clean. Customer service was everywhere and car parking was of ease directly in front of the entrance, sausage sizzle available on weekends for $2.50
Team members hard to find, when found weren't helpful just pointed me to other team members or to a general direction where things 'may be there'. Also didn't have anything I needed and 'they've been out of stock for a while', honestly expect better at Bunnings and usually have great service.
A great facility and helpful workers. Don't take your children as they like the facility as much as we do. And it cost you.
Bunnings have just about everything you need for household jobs & for tradies. Good staff as well.
As a regular customer of Bunnings Glendale I have had the pleasure over recent months for team member 'Mark' Timber Expert Hardware and Fixing Expert to assist and provide me with his knowledge and expertise. On each and every occasion Mark was not only patient but followed up on my requests. All too often we are quick to complain but this is a clear case of just the opposite worthy of acknowledgement!
Great job Mark and keep up the great work.
Love going here as it is larger than some stores and is able to then offer a lot more. Can't always find a free staff member and the trade man was not very helpful
A purposeful visit as doing home renovations.easy to get around.good choice of product.staff can answer any question.
I had to return a product the following day.it was easy as I had the receipt and no hassle
They were reminding people of covid restrictions so I felt very safe
The dark haired lady on checkouts about 3pm this afternoon was absolutely lovely. I had my staffy (dog) there in the trolley and found her to be so friendly. It's nice to meet genuine people and I feel she made our shopping experience much better. My daughter and myself left with a smile and was greeted by an equally lovely man on our way out. Good job guys.
Bunnings at glendalr is pretty good, the staff are kind and pleasant without letting the the green apron going to their, I've never left the place without leaving
Whoever is in charge of watering ferns ought to be shot sick of seeing them half dead & dry as a bone same with some of the plants inside obviously the smaller the pot the more they need to be checked
Staff are a Pack of dunces, i dont expect them to know every thing but the basics would be Nice, Sick of them trying to sell me Something that is totally wrong for the job and Look at Me Like I'm the idiot when i tell them thats not going to Work.help desk staff rude as hell. Sheila argued with me about getting an exchange and how she was not going to do it with out getting my License details. I dont have a License what is So had to understand, like for real, i was exchanging a $25 item for a $95 item & She was acting as if i was a god damn criminal.garden Section full of diseased and dying plants beware or risk Spreading the disease to your own garden, Most products on the shelves are over priced china Junk.
Despite Brand new superstore which opened recently, the surrounding works are not completed. I wait until they finish, then I will consider the ratings.
No commonsense service went to the tools department selected sandpaper worth $6 then was going with it in the trolley to select several 100 dollars worth of goods from gardening area, which was miles away, I was told I had to come back and pay for it in the tool shop as nothing could leave the tool shop without payment because it gets stolen. So down I go to the garden shop fill a trolley with heavy items, push it back to the tool sections to pay for $6 of sandpaper and over $100 of other goods from somewhere else. Then push the trolley back down to the garden section and get checked again there before I am allowed out. Where is the commonsense in this for $6 of sandpaper there is more expensive items in the garden section than that.
Bunnings is Bunnings. What can you say. Helpful staff. Snags on the barbie on the weekends. Actually avoid on the weekend if you hate massive crowds. They open late week nights, go then.
