Bunnings Erina North reviews
54Good store, parking isn't the best but the service from the staff is great n makes up for it
Large warehouse store covering any possible needs for a DIY home project. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in their specific area. They can deliver, assemble and install; furthermore, they have designers on staff to provide some ideas on that new kitchen. They have a hire shop, for those of us that just need that one tool that one time or have already been warned about our expanding tool areas. They also have a courtesy trailer to get your stuff home.
Was at your store yestday with a friend and we had a wonderful person called Greg help us with our purchases and about how you can go through drive through when you have heavy items.
He was just so lovely and informative and it was a real pleasure having his knowledge, friendlenes and patience whilst taking care of us.
Big pat on the back Greg a great asset to this company
A typical Bunnings store. Not enough staff, poor selection of products. If you want quality you get over priced products and the normal is cheap out of China. They claim if you find a cheaper product they will discount it by 10%. All their overpriced products are specially imported with no local equivalent, so the 10% discount cannot be applied.
It's OK for general hardware and household items, though it's NOT the "go to" for exactly what you want.
The store is more suited during standard Biz hours as it closes earlier than most Bunnings Warehouse stores, whi h colse at 9pm weekdays and Saturdays.
Every time we go to this store, staff are unfriendly and not helpful. Today is not an exemption! I would recommend going to West Gosford if you want a better service!
The store itself is fine, however needs more specific signage. The customer service for every sales person I have talked to is generally abrupt and rushed, not the friendliest Bunnings I have been to
Bunnings erina is always good to go too however hard to drive too specially when you can access it one way
Compared to other Bunnings stores this store doesn't rate. Aisle are not marked well. I had difficulty finding tools and a bush for my cutoff wheel. I then went to Bunnings at Lake Haven and the gear I needed was in plain sight. It maybe the store is just oldl and showing signs of aging. There is another Bunnings in the Gosford area and you would be well advise to go there.
I have had difficulty in dealing with a particular male staff member at Erina North. This maybe due to his aging too GOM. I am old and generally find older very helpful.
A female staff member there couldn't have been more helpful after I went online and asked for help from that store. Even got a drill press delivered organised by a female staff member when the male told me he had to charge more than it would have cost me to drive down and get it myself. The female staff at Bunnings at Lake Haven are also going the second mile. One staffer actually dropped a product home for me when I was going to have to wait until after the week end.
Poor man's bunnings, and can only enter the carpark from one direction, but if it's close and you don't need anything wild it does the job
We had few items to shop, and were attended by a young chap dedicated in helping us find the right items, and providing helpful comments on each item he helped us select. Many thanks Bunnings Erina for wonderful service.
Shelly is an asset to this store her knowledge is the best makes shopping as easy as and great customer service
Great place for a quick shop. Like that it is small and everything is easily accessible. They have all the basics and a bit more but most of all, the staff is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Hope the sausages will sizzle again shortly.
Just spoke to Will about ordering turf. All the other Bunnings stores just said no - he actually took the time to explain why, mentioned what day they ordered and when deliveries were due to arrive
Possibly the worst bunnings in Australia access is aweful only access from one side of the road very hard to get in never anything in stock and limited items available waste of most peoples time I have wasted my time going there 3 times dont waste your time.
Staff were so friendly and quickly helped me to find the products that I needed, very informative
I love any Bunnings but I always find Erina to be super friendly. Ive been hurried up at closing times many times. Other stores are not so friendly, shouting down the aisle CLOSED but Erina store said, can I help you with anything more. I didnt realise the different close times from store to store but appreciated the friendly staff. Visited over the weekend.
The staff are nice and helpful but the parking sucks! Lose the grass and make more parking spaces
I went in just to get some night lights and then went back to my car that won't open up with central locking. 2 amazing lads came out to help when I triggered my alarm. Bunnings Erina did a good job hiring them as that's the kind of "above and beyond" customer service! They could've easily turned a blind eye and let this fool be stuck with a triggering car alarm.
THANK YOU SO MUCH, GUYS! I WISH I GOT YOUR NAMES!
Don’t bother ordering through drive and collect, we were just trying to do the right thing by the COVID restrictions and were made to feel like we were being a nuisance.
