The rudest unhelpful staff
You go to front desk to ask for help and they call someone and no one comes to help you. Yet once you walk out after paying for something you expect to respond straightaway to them? !

Bought a stool online and was unable to pickup on the day. Due to being quite urgent I requested via email for the order to be cancelled and refunded and walked in Artamon shop and picked one up. Got an email that refund was processed and still one month later no refund came in and instead got an invoice sent a week ago. When inquiring why I got an invoice and not refund, they advised it was collected? Reached out to them to ask how this happened as no one went to bunnings bankstown. Sent another 2 emails to follow up and been ignored ever since. I’ve been ripped off and they don’t care. Worst experience and customer service.

Asked Jayden where electrical plugs were, he just pointed and said should be somewhere on this isles, he doesn't know its not his department nor care by his answer. Nice one bunnings costumer service has done it again

My father and I went into Bunnings and were assisted by Con! He was incredibly friendly and helpful, ultimately aiding us in locating what we were after in mere minutes!

Love going back to Bunnings. Going to do some gardening and was able to get everything i needed.

Gardening centre was half empty and flowers on sides (flowers for shade area) were nearly dead. More care is needed. Otherwise all good, everybody was trying their best. Café is take away only, Sat Sausage sizzle is back as of end of Oct 21.

Finally they are fully stocked, lots of goodies in store. I had problems accessing the safe check-in. But the security guard on site was only to happy to rectify my problem with my phone. He like the rest of the staff are always helpful and ready to serve. Lots of plants.lots of pots,

Best bunnings in the area. The go to destination for all accessories a tradie may ever need. Like your bum bags, Nike air maxes, addidas pants and Gucci hats etc. Don't forget the pack of durries on your way out or a sausage, maybe even a gatorade. Take your time, you can always rock up 2h late to the jobsight.

An excellent place. I am a new local and I found the service at this place to be the best out of the other branches I have visited. The customer officer at the tool shop, took it out of her time to help me even if I was expected to do the task at home before coming in to the branch.

Love shopping at Bunnings Bankstown. They have everything you need in one humongous shop. Best of all is the service from the staff & always easy to find carpark.

People using the store can be rude & arrogant.they fail to follow health regulations in the store.

Called and asked to speak to the nursery about a poor performing plant but apparently nobody is working. I guess the trees are watering themselves.

Fair dinkum these bunnings stores have turned in to Gouging Merchants, They advertise everyday low prices yet something I bought 6 months ago at $24.00 is now priced $30.00 dearer! How is that working? & anything your looking for seems to be a 1 time use item, All imported for nothing! And sold at such marked-up prices that's what they should be advertising and the people should be voting with their feet and buying elsewhere not to mention the staff never ever seem to want to notice a customer in need of a Question to be Answered@

High turn over of products and at times products are not available. Staff are friendly and helpful willing to go the extra mile.

They had what I needed. One of the best stocked Bunnings anywhere. Sausage sandy from East Hills men's shed was the best.
