Shopping there on Tuesday 9th Jan. Asked girl at door where product was and she just grunted and pointed in the wrong direction. Person on door should be able to tell all customers what aisle products are in.

As someone who has a very basic understanding of painting and home repair. I was assisted today by Chris in the paint section to make some small repairs to our home.

I’ve never seen someone go so above and beyond to assist both my fiancé and myself and be so caring and patient.

Extremely impressed with the care and service we will be back for sure

On Saturday 9 Sept the self service EFTPOS incurred an error, so I processed my purchases on another terminal. Works out that the faulty terminal actually did debit my account, therefore I paid twice. Calling the store they tell me I have to go back into the store to get a refund, cant just process it, accept a screen shot of my account.just terrible customer service,

Went to our local Bunnings Artarmon this morning & had the great pleasure to meet Bob in the Garden Dept - thank you Bob for putting a huge smile on both of our faces Paul & Tammara

Helpful staff but out of what we wanted I.e. Wooden shoe racks but other nearby stores had plenty

This has to be one of the best Bunnings Ive ever been too, Staff members where friendly and helpful.

Ive always loved this store, ever since I was young the people were super nice and will always help out when you need help.

A large store with a typically broad range of hardware, plumbing, painting and similar tradie goods. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, always willing to pause whatever they are doing to give guidance. My only complaint is being told more than once that they would have to source something from another of their stores.

This is a tough one. The fact is I have had both very positive and utterly garbage experiences at this bunnings. If I'm being honest most of the positive times were the occasions where my needs were simple and didn't require asking the staff for any more help other than which isle to walk to. The website will often claim an item is available only for you to arrive and discover its not. On 4 separate occasions I have gone to get wood cut only to find out the machine isn't working. The last two times I even called ahead, was told it was functional that day, and then arrived to be told it wasn't working so now I can't even trust calling them. This store is a real mixed bag and seems to suffer from a large amount of just hoping the customer goes away. Just do yourself a favour and know what exactly what you need before you show up so you don't have to ask for assistance.

It’s a tight little store still has most of what you need as a tradie, one word of advice be cautious going in to the trade drive in section, it’s one lane and if someone blocks the lane you can get caught up for a while

I spoke with Stuart at the Artarmon store on the Monday of the October long weekend 2021 and advised the part number I needed and explained that I would be there the next day to collect them. They were wheels for an internal sliding door that was broken and needed to be repaired. Inventory on the computer was showing 7 in stock at the Artarmon store, but Stuart and I were on the same page and so Stuart went to the aisle to check and confirmed that the stock was actually there. Stuart was so helpful that he put the 2 rollers aside for me as agreed as I would collect them in store the next day from the information desk. Less than 5 minutes later, Stuart called me back on my mobile and suggested to avoid disappointment, it would be better for him to leave them under the Tool Shop counter instead. Stuart was so professional that when I went in to collect the 2 rollers (wheels) the next day, there was a large A4 sheet of paper with my name and mobile number on the box ensuring that his colleagues (as he knew he was not going to be in the next day) would not miss them. Stuart even dated the note. Excellent customer service by this young man. I was most appreciative and most impressed. Michael

Large carpark, wide variety, friendly staff. Particular shoutout to the fabulous man who helped Dad & me take some sheet vinyl out to the car & helped us fit it in the car too. I should have posted this on the same day so if I got your name wrong I am so sorry! Thank you so much Victor!

I called Builders Hardware to purchase products during lockdown & was overwhelmed with the assistance received from Mike. My husband called to collect and everything was ready & waiting & having never used his spouse card in 8 years, Mike assisted him with that too. When enquiring about the product Mike immediately offered information on all options & pricing. He was extremely informative, had a smile in his voice and a sense of humour.
In these covid times it was a great pleasure to have experience the excellent customer service.

Strict on customer covid protocols while staff lower their masks completely to yell across registers.
Lines were also too long - 7 or 8 people waiting at a time.

At Artamon branch, unless you lucky enough to get there on Wend/Frid orSunday to get the great knowledge & Cordial assistance of the Only One Greek ‘Spiros (? Sorry, spelled wrong) to assist you other that that forget about assistance, which isn't acceptable consider the amount of money that its benefit of with Covid situation, not mention all dusty selves not cleanness at all.

The shower heads area very desorganised, which easy reach from customers not mention ring prices & all
To make even worst, been charged parking fees if exceed 2 lousy limited hrs, which most of us, loose waiting for Non Existance Assistance, which cause us to buy the wrong products resulting going back to Refund which cost all of us, petrol money & time wasted When it could he avoid with a better management & respect to loyal customets& trades that jeep them get richer t could be worst if they try!
