Bungendore Wood Works Gallery reviews
57Fantastic selection of wood furniture, beautiful creative pieces. As well as smaller useful things.
Many a treasure to be found here; skilled workers of wood have produced an abundance of marvels. A must see.
This is a stunning gallery that I visited several times in the past. Ussually on my way to the coast. Today I visited just to see the works in the gallery!
Beautiful gallery with exquisitely crafted furniture, accessories, gifts and artworks. Whilst the wooden furnishings are very pricey, it's still worth visiting to take it all in. The gifts are beautiful and affordable, we particularly liked the compasses and wooden pens. Wide aisles suitable for wheelchairs/walkers. The upstairs area is only accessible via the staircase.
Bungendore came highly recommended and I'm sorry to say we were disappointed. The pricing is ridiculous, and as a gallery it leaves something to be desired as well. We left feeling remarkably underwhelmed especially as we'd hoped to be buying.
There is so much brilliant woodwork to see here. I would recommend a visit just to admire the excellent craftsmanship even if you don't intend on purchasing. They are pricey but in sure the quality is superior to any other wood furniture you'll ever see. Yours truly @fooderarri
This is a place of exquisite woodwork for those who can afford it. The items on display are exceptionally beautiful, no doubt about it.
Amazing range of beautiful things made from wood. I can understand why they have signs telling people not to stroke things because you want to touch everything
Always and amazing display of craftsmanship. Sad that the cafe wasn't operational the day I recently visited.
Wow the skill of the wood work here is amazing. Quality 100%, not cheap but you get what you pay for and this place, is quality all the way.
This place is simply wonderful. The skills and pure courage of the contributing artisans is inspiring. It is truly a bomber 1 in a bucket list
I should have bought shares in this place.fabulous craftmanship that are works of art not just furniture or wood. I can't help myself!
Great location with nice coffee and beautiful tasting muffin. Can't with cream and berries. Did not have to ask for it to be heated up. Great service in the cafe.
The only thing that was challenging was the inaccessible entrance to pay for my motioning tea. The guy smoking in the nearby table was a put off as well.
Wow this has got some good stuff. Looking for something wood in homemakers or decoration this is the place. Lovely.
A stunning and beautiful woodworks gallery with excellent handcrafted wood peices made from Australian wood.
If you are ever in the area this is a must see place. The skill and artistry of the artisans is astounding.
I love this place because of the wonderful craftsmanship. There are so many lovely things you want to buy when you walk through. From little gift items to very expensive items. There is also a good Cafe which is connected to the Wood Works Gallery.
We really enjoyed visiting the Bungendore Wood works building. There are some really great pieces here - the attention to detail is just exquisite. Highly recommend stopping in to check this place out - there are some great gift ideas and some great carved fruits etc.that are so pretty!
Always love a visit here. If you're into fine furniture, art, functional wood design products or just looking for a present for that special someone, you have a good chance of enjoying your visit and being inspired.
I also like to visit the attached cafe for a meal or drink. There's also other shops etc in close proximity if you want to spend a while.
Easy and free parking all around the building as well.
If your looking for STUNNING wood work, this is the place for you!
Wow! The skills shown by the artists here are first class. The works are incredible. From small boxes to a large bed, there is something here to please the timber work enthusiast.
If you want to purchase a beautiful piece to take home, prices range from about $10 for a book mark up to $10,000 for some pieces of furniture.
There are also drawing and paintings as well as wood works.
