There are two businesses that are the backbone of Bungendore, the supermarket and BRural. Great place, great staff.

Overpriced and had to come back 3 times to get mower fixed!

I brought in a ride on mower for a service.

Told it would be 2-3 weeks, ended up being more like 4-5.

When I finally got to pick it up I paid for it and when turned on is running terribly poorly (revving up and down) also it wouldn't drive - when the person on the desk checked they found that the drive belt wasn't connected. I was told to go home and come back later to pick it up (2nd inconvenience).

I come back to pick it up, bring it home, go out into the paddock and 5-minutes into the mow the belt comes off again and it is now stranded in the middle of my property!

Also it was making a terrible noise when driving around - I brought this up but they said nothing was wrong until I asked them to look and they then told me that I needed to spend another $350 fixing a problem that they should have picked up during the service.

So still no working mower - They then call me to tell me that they will not fix the problem and they want no further business from me!

So I am left with a mower that is not working, not running properly, out of pocket >$200 - WOW!

There are many more reputable businesses to take your business than these guys.

After a well known small engines business in Mitchel twice failed to get my ride on mower running (and after paying almost $300), Pat at BRural was able to quickly diagnose and economically repair the mower.

Can't rate these guys high enough. I deal with them on a regular basis for my fencing, irrigation, landscaping, and mechanical service requirements. Service and support has always been outstanding. I recently needed my 72 inch mower and Polaris ATV serviced, since they are too large to fit on a trailer Matt organised a truck and staff to deal with it. The equipment was serviced and delivered back to me the next morning. Very impressed! Thank you to Matt and the team at Brural.

Helpful, respectful and knowledgable staff. I have shopped here semi-regularelly and always a pleasure to have somewhere local with quality supplies.

Still loving my Husqvarna 562XP chainsaw one of their staff helped me choose, based on their experience and tailored to my needs.

I'm used to the price gouging of Canberrans who don't know any better but there've taken their contempt for customers even further. Today they were staffed by a couple of grumpy unhelpful teenagers.

Wow.what can I say. Went in to buy a chainsaw. I knew exactly which one I wanted.waited 10 minutes before someone felt obligated to speak to me. This person could offer no details on the product.except they had none in stock and couldn't tell me the price details.even after spending another 10 minutes on the computer. So tottled off down the road to another agent and got one there.

Never seem to have the basic stock and if so way overpriced. Staff always floating around out back so that a line builds up or nobody is there to serve you. Rented a trailer and one of the Jnr staff directed me, ended up reversing my car into the trailer. Still have the cracked bumper. Also doesn't support local Jnr sports, has been reached out to and still can't offer anything. Pretty poor from a store that overprices everything and is seemingly never open.

I'm not at all happy that I've just gotten a brand new Prague for cattle there and I can't seem to find the cattle attachment for the Prodder

Though i must say that i usually go to hardware stores to get high on mans ingenuity!
So whst has Greg done? Employed beautiful girls like Carly and Claudia, who make me look like an old man!
When i seek advice, they rattle oof the solution, which i appreciate, but my grey hair bristles that they know more than 1.
. And they're YOUNGER.
But only by 60 yrs!

I was desperate to get medicine (and no-one had stock) as I'm treating sick wombats for mange and Matt came to the rescue. He also donated 2litres for this wonderful cause. The service is excellent, love this store!

House water pump purchase and installation was simple and seamless. Pricing was competitive. Very happy with the outcome.

Nice hardware shop where you can get everything for your day to day needs at home or on your farm with very competitive prises and friendly anf helpfull personell that is always there to assist you with any problems or questions you got.

Ash was fantastic, same day service on my fired pump! Rang me and gave me a great price. Needed my pump fixed for a job that was a huge priority for me. Pleasant and Excellent service as usual - well done Ash!

We recently contacted Bungendore Rural to assist with the irragation for our market garden. We spoke about our needs, received a quote and then met to discuss. So happy with the outcome. A wealth of knowledge, expertise and guidance. Great price. Highly recommended.

We had a problem with our pump yesterday. I called Bungendore Rural in the morning and before the end of the day the pump had been replaced and we had water. Fantastic service.

I shop here regularly. After today however i will not be coming back. Normally i have great customer service but today the lady and older guy very very rude did not have even the slightest care factor i was after some pricing after asking a question i got cool bye. I liked shopping here as normally very helpful and local. Never again
