Our Site Supervisor, John, kept us informed every step of the way throughout the construction phase, often going above and beyond our expectations.

The team at Bungalow homes and in particular our site foreman Kieren ensured we were able to complete a well designed granny flat, with superior craftsmanship in a timely manner. Whilst no build is seamless, any small hiccups along the way were dealt with a solutions focussed approach so that we still had a fantastic outcome. A few small changes along the way were no hassle for the team and ensured we could get the exact look and finishes we desired. Most contractors were amazing and I’d like to make a special mention to their painter and roofers they used. Kieren was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process and we are so proud of the finished product. Our friends couldn’t wait to move in.

Bungalow Homes designed and built my beautiful granny flat. The project was managed by Kieren the site manager. Kieren was polite to deal with and was very responsive to my inquiries.

The layout is works really well and we were able to make a lot of great customisations. We were especially impressed by Kieren who took over as building manager and really made an extra effort to pull everything together at the end, responding quickly to our questions and resolving any issues we had. We chose Bungalow Homes for their state of the art sleek prestige designs. It was encouraging to see plenty of their builds popping up all over our local area. After our initial meeting, it left us with a level of excitement, confidence and trust that we’ll build our dream investment. Bungalow alway showed a level of professionalism, patience, and willingness to work with us on a difficult space of land to ensure we came up with the perfect design, not to mention fit in our budget.
However, In the beginning of the build, we were assigned a Foreman who was incompetent and a few major defects had occurred at our cost. Once he was removed from our site and John was assigned the issues were resolved, and it was like a breath of fresh air.
John was a fantastic supervisor and always provided a level of service which was exceptional. He truly puts the clients first and ensured we were satisfied at each progressing stage. There were some trades used which were quite average, I.e plumbers, cabinet makers, however we did get the dream build we were promised in the end and a special thanks to John, Junior and Tanya they were incredible.

Bungalow Homes built our granny flat to a high standard and were a pleasure to deal with. The process from the start to the end was very easy and always professional. Both John the supervisor, and the office staff were easy to get in contact with and looked after us throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

Excavation not quoted correctly. Final bill for excavation 300% above estimate, negotiated down to 200% above estimation. $5000 refund if not happy an attractive feature. Bungalow Homes was recommended to us by other's who had used them and had a good experience. Their customer service was excellent right from the very beginning and the whole way through the process. We looked at a couple of places that they had already built, or were in the process of building, before signing contracts and the quality could not be faulted. Their designs are gorgeous and the prices are exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend Bungalow Homes to anyone who is looking at building a granny flat that looks and feels like a luxury apartment but without the luxury price tag. Very Happy.

I delt with John for my build. I found him to be extremely helpful and understanding. Any issues I had he dealt with promptly and resolved very quickly all with a friendly manner.
