I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Building Approval Solutions. They have literally dragged my very difficult situation with council out of the rubble. A situation I thought I would not be able to get out of without having to demolish everything after receiving a demolishing order. I did not have approval for the works that were done on my property and every other company that I went to told me it was impossible to help at this stage. Louise from Building Approval Solutions was the one person who said they could help and have done everything from A - Z in lodging applications, liaising back and forth with council from different departments, organising inspections, doing the plans in such a way that outlines existing and non existing proposed works, getting the BC and CC done, also which order to lodge the DA and BC as I receive mixed direction from council and wasted a lot of time.

In a very complex situation of having done works without council approval getting approval and knowing the steps to get it done needs experience. They are worth every cent and saved me time and extra money.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Louise and her team managed to get our pool approval despite having a sewer run through our yard. I had exchanged contracts for sale of my property but not yet settled when the purchasers solicitor raised a number of concerns regarding council building approvals which were unknown to me and therefore not disclosed in the sale contract.
