So grateful for the ongoing support from Buildcert, especially Nathan. We had no idea where to start with a commercial renovation and Buildcert helped from start to finish. I had a million questions and lots to learn but they made the whole process smooth for us despite a few hiccups and delays on the build. Really appreciate the extra support and great communication from Nathan. We are about to start another renovation project and Buildcert will be our first call. Sanity savers!

Discrimination Compeny and very bad service not in time all about money they stamp plan without reading

Our pool and surrounds were being certified by buildcert who were dealing direct with Blue Haven Pools. So many things were a disaster. I dealt with Tai who was provided with ongoing photos of our pool surrounding area and pump room during construction. The formwork collapsed during the concrete pumping and after concrete completion, the outer pool wall was full of cracks that after 18 months later are still leaking. Three other concrete repair groups including other well respected engineers and Xypex have said that the pool has to be ripped out and rebuilt from scratch! BUILDCERT CERTIFIED THIS! Tai also discussed the relocation of the existing retaining wall, pump room and slab with me and after the provision of photos said to go ahead and he would sort it out at the end! Now to do anything Buildcert wants more fees. An absolute joke!
The fence on top of the pump room was signed off and certified yet many months later despite photos being supplied and confirmed by Tai and despite assurances that we could now legally use the swimming pool and surrounding area Buildcert contradicting their approval sent a letter to cease construction (which was already completed when they signed off on the pool fencing and compliance) as it didn't comply. Are you kidding the fence on top of the concrete and pool use and occupation has been signed off and area tiled with very expensive sandstone tiles then many months later they say that the concrete underneath isn't certified.
We provided Buildcert with every bit of information that they needed and liased with their representative during the whole process. Very disappointed

They helped us to get building certificate, DA and CC. They are very helpful, affordable and they give good advise to finish off your their building work. 10 stars to Buildcert team, Kane and Ray all are fantastic, no ego, just down to earth and problem solvers. Hard working, sincere people who want to make your life easy and take all problems away from you and resolve them. They got us Construction Certificate CC within one day with everything we wanted. Legalised our 70 year old building works which was done by previous owners of our house. All this was done at half the cost what some big certifiers where charging us.

Pleasure to deal with. Made a confusing process so much easier and saved me a lot of stress. Thank you!

The team at BuildCert have helped me with a number of commercial projects and even my own home and pool! Every contact I have had has been professional and helpful. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Just called the company for an update on the pending occupation certificate for my property, spoke with Rochelle. She was most helpful, and patiently explained where the bottleneck was (with builder). She even offered to send me the DA paperwork so I could see what the builder's responsibility is in order to qualify for the occupation certificate. I found this company to be most helpful, and more importantly, friendly.

If I could give half a star I would. Took this company 48 hours to tell me they can provide a certain type of certificate but won't take the job on due to work Load. If they informed me from the start their work load was an issue I would of had 48 hours to try else where.
