Horrible, this guy just wastes your time and takes your money.took him to NCAT, hes been there before, watched him run in without lookinng at the building, 9 months for a granny flat plan, NCAT orders to finish off to construction, at the first request from council tells me that i am the applicant and drops me again, and finally i just really want to warn everybody not to deal with this guy, seems quite a nice bloke, but dont be fooled he will piss you around, i am now at the 12 month mark and had to employ another architect to finish off. WARNING DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY!
