We did a major renovation turning a bathroom, WIR and bedroom into an ensuite and WIR. It all went very smoothly and we were thrilled with the result. We cannot recommend Sam and his team at Build by the SEA highly enough.

Katie Fowler is very talented and works closely with her clients to ensure that every aspect of design and functionality is considered. I had the pleasure of working with Katie to incorporate our beautiful Shoji Screens and Doors into the Master Ensuite opening giving the Master Bedroom that wonderful calming zen feeling.

I am a retired infrastructure engineer and had some 40 years of experience in construction industry and had also done major extensions to our home in Sydney. This time I was looking for a builder who can just take the brief and run with it. The day I called Sam I was impressed with his immediate response.
BBTS has done an excellent jobs. Their in-house team is second to none. Also their local subcontractors are very good.
We had some difficult time due to very bad weather along the east coast but BBTS managed the difficult situation well.
I have no hesitation to recommend BBTS to any one who is looking for a builder.

Build by the Sea have just finished our renovation, they have taken an old 1930's fibro cottage and reworked the entire building.
We wanted to keep the charm of the old building, but wanted it to be a modern beach style home.

The renovation done to our house by Build by the SEA is amazing. As we were not living here while it was done there was lots of phone and email communication between us and Sam and Katie. This communication was always easy going but professional at the same time. Sam and Katie are both a pleasure to deal with. NOTHING was to much trouble to them. We can now sit back and relax in our home by the sea.

Completed a substantial deck extension with a minimum of fuss, were effective communicators, work was of high quality and their sub contractors were on the ball. Overall would recommend these guys for any building project.

As we live 1300 kms away from our home working in central Queensland, it was very calming to feel that everything was being organised, monitored and expertly coordinated. We would never have had access to trades people who were able to work on our behalf at such short notice.
