Budget Petrol

An employee harassed me in front of everyone because I took a bottle of water from a pack and he did not like it. If a product is displayed it should be available to be taken if not remove it or at least label it advising so. Such a unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I’ll make sure to never comeback.

This petrol station is usually are go to for vapes, recently went in to buy a HQD vape but as it turns out it has no nicotine, which the guy did not advise us.they don’t label their products to say that there’s no nicotine in the vapes, i don’t know anyone who buys nicotine free vapes, and the workers/owners just seem money hungry and will sell u anything.

Great place for late night snacks, Especially the Maxi Bon waffle and biltong. They always give you a bag if you forgot your bag so you can carry your items.

Left my car there and then said they could not do it.and now mirrors are stolen. I hope these chumps lose money this year.

Filled up this morning and was disappointed to see Vapes selling right next to the payment counter. Clearly this operator is intrested in profit but not peoples health

Great service station full convenience store with some hot food's. Great for those late night supplies. Fuel prices are always the most competitive in the area. Full range of fuel octane including diesel.

Awesome customer service in the shop and repair office. Mechanics always friendly and polite and do a great job.

Great prices ALWAYS! Helpful and friendly staff. Huge range of products in shop. Shop is ALWAYS clean and tidy and fully stocked.

I do buy my petrol from there from many years ago. Buy my muffins and my lotto most of the time from there.

Came here for the good reviews, wanted to fill a small gas tank, the guy rudely said I need to swap or I'll have to wait 15 mins for him and there was only one car outside and inside was empty, apparently they do not want to refill so keep in mind.

Worst customer service ever! Don't take your car here, find a real mechanic please. Took my car in, first time, through a referral, to have it checked for a long road trip. They changed a few things, brought it back after my trip because there was something wrong with it and customer service said sorry they can't do anything about it. SO STAY AWAY from this place! Total waste of money and time.

Cashier ran out thinking I was about to drive off without paying, because I opened my front passenger door after filling up to rummage for my wallet?

1) Cars are right hand drive, there is no steering wheel or pedals on the left side of the car. Why am I explaining this?

2) I was looking for my wallet for less than 10 seconds and the door was open the whole time. Use some common sense.

Budget Petrol is one of the largest independent groups in NSW. Currently they have over 50 locations in Sydney, but are constantly growing.

Good quality service at a reasonable price, I was very happy with the customer service. Will definately return for a repeat experience!

Obviously they have been robbed a few times because they treat everyone who walks in there like a criminal. Very uncomfortable going there at night with all these old men starting at you and yelling what do you want. The guy who usually runs the cashier in the day time is very nice though. Only go before 5pm I guess.

Cheap fuel, but sometimes too cheap - When I fill up here (98) when their tanks are low my car barely runs, I have never had this issue at the other budget a few blocks down Wardell rd

My go to peteol station as we have an account with them, can not fault anything petrol is great not that i know anything about petrol and the staff are always friendly and happy to help.

Always fair ith their pricing. Why anyone would go to a local big internationl is just laziness or habit
