I’ve always been happy with the petrol cheap at times for twelve years I’ve lived locally and bragged on how cheap the fuel’s being here. I’m a sixty one year old, a full time carer for a seventy three year old ex Vietnam Vet for the last twelve years and for the first time I asked the lady in charge if she please could lend me $30.of fuel until Wednesday and I leave my drivers license with them. The reply I got was emotionally very hurtful and embarrassing. I could’ve easily filled up the tank and pretended that I thought the money was in the bank, then they would’ve had to accepted some ID of me and let me pay it on the day I said I would but instead I genuinely wished them a Merry X-Mass and a happy New Year and walked out with glassy eyes hoping I don’t run out of fuel before I got home to Maroubra

The petrol prices stay the lowest in Eastern suburbs here and the staff is always super friendly.

Avoid using the car wash at this petrol station. The machine tore the rear bumper from my car causing thousands of dollars in damage. The owner refused to accept any responsibility until he viewed security footage then promised to respond. The footage would have clearly shown my car in prefect condition driving in and the bumper hanging off as I exited the carwash. He has never responded and has since refused to respond to any attempted contact, leaving me car less for close to 5 weeks. This is not the way to treat customers in my opinion

Petrol here is okay, but the carwash isn't that great. Car was still dirty even after getting the wax treatment. Also vacuum cleaners were broken.

It was supposed to closed at 23: 00 and i arrives at 22: 45 and it wasn’t closed until that time but when i enter at 22: 46 he say its closed and turn off lights… and i push my car to lext fuel station

The customer service is fantastic, I had a rego inspection on my car Saturday and the lovely man made it such simple and easy process! I will be taking my car there for a service as well.

The mechanic is the service station is an absolute cowboy! Charged me $300 to fix a plate light when I said I would go to an auto mechanic. He went ahead and "fixed" it anyways. Did a bodge job, went out within a few days. He temp fixed it again then it went out after another week. Today I have gone back and he has claimed that it is something to do with a different area of the wiring, so nothing to do with his job. I have paid 300 for nothing.he has now said he will no longer warrant the work. I originally had one plate light working, they are now both out and im $300 down. He didn't even have the decency to give me my keys, he left them in the petrol station n shot off. Ultimate cowboy through and through. Totally unskilled, has no idea what he's talking about. Story changes every 5 mins.forced me to pay in cash, wouldn't accept card or bank transfer! Deffo dodgy

My favourite place to pump petrol in Matraville.its a little far away before La Perouse but their Petrol is always one of the cheapest place in the Eastern Surburb and they have car wash service with every pump starting from $7 for basic to $9.7 for premium and even more options. Great value to bundle a car wash with petrol pump.

Would not go here they advertise they will refill the gasbottle but when u go there they won't refill it, instead they will try and get u to buy a swap bottle

I came more than once to refill the gas and every time the person in the place Say something different today he just said today we don’t do it I don’t know why

The staff handed my bank card back to someone else a WITHOUT formally identifying the correct name on the bank card. The staff at this service are enablers of fraud.

Budget Petrol. A name? A philosophy? A promise? I have no idea, I'm not one for checking prices against the surrounding petrol stations. What I can tell you is that, as far as petrol stations go, it's pretty good. It's clean, the pumps are pretty quick, the folks behind the counter are friendly, and there's a Ben & Jerry's ice-cream fridge. All my boxes, ticked.
