I have been with Budget for almost 6 years now I wish if I could put 10 star amazing customers service highly recommend to all thank you to the amazing staff thank you for your hard work always

I had the best experience once again with Budget. Joanne was great, very helpful and the rest of the crew were amazing. 5/5. No doubt.

The bus that we hired wasn't maintained very well. The interior still had papers and other items under the seats from a previous hire.
The windscreen washer bottle had not been refilled and was completely empty.
Whoever had wiped down the windows had used a dirty cloth that left bad streaks that became very obvious when the sun hit them.

Hassle Free - Quick and Excellent Service - Great Prices and a quick turnaround when you pick up and when you drop off. Ive used this particular branch a few times. I'm a repeat customer, so, go and pop In if you need a vehicle, the staff are great here.

Good and friendly staff when it comes to dealing with their customer service and picking up vehicles. Had a few issues with returning the vehicle and Daniel the manager called back and was very proactive in dealing with the matter. Would recommend

I stopped by the office the day before I planned to move to get some information (I had left it quite late, I know). The receptionist was extremely helpful and I was surprised that they had a booking available for me the next day.

In the morning, I went to pick up the truck but I had an interstate licence and no credit card (debit card only). Instead of turning me away, they got a few more details from me and were still able to rent me the truck.

The staff who showed me how the truck and lifting mechanism worked, and how to access the fuel tank, was very thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand for someone who had never driven a truck before.

The vehicle was extremely clean and in great condition. From beginning to end, the staff at Budget Car and Truck Rental turned a stressful moving experience into a smooth and easy day!

I needed a van to pick up an item down the south coast. After talking to Joanne I felt confident and knew I found the right company to rent from. The budget team was able to answer their phone straight away and always had the answers. Bonus with renting from budget I had 150km included with the rental most others I looked at were 100km. I would rent and recommend this company to all my friends.

Great experience with Budget Westmead! I rented a car for an East Coast roadtrip. The car I got was a higher class than what I paid for. I had to return my car to another location and change schedules due to bad floods in Queensland. Customer service was super quick and easy. Also Budget had the cheapest rates of any rental service and very clear insurance/excess policy.

I hired a truck for work purposes and was very happy with the service I received from the moment I booked through to final drop off. Thank you and I will certainly hire from Budget Westmead again.

Great service! Just go a bit early to finish the paper work. And if you hold an international license, you’ll need a credit card to make the payment!

Wesmeed budget staff are very friendly and helpful specially jo Anne in the front desk is very grate human been and helpful, no 1 service, I have been dropping by taxi but I left the phone in the taxi, I am running around and looking for taxi and I am fully lost but she is very understanding and ask me did u lost the phone I said yes, next minute she already noticed from inside which taxi I can and call the company and other stuff check the came and got the no plate and call again and found my phone and taxi company call the driver and he returned the phone back.
I am so thankful to Westmead staff again because morning I had a accident again this one happened so upset but from budget staff service I can’t forget and thank you again.

One of the best customer service I ever experienced, Lisa from Westmead budget is very dedicated towards her work with extraordinary customer service I hired car from Revesby budget when returned the car and came near home realised I forgot my home keys in the car and they closed already I didn’t know what to do, luckily I rang Westmead budget car hire and Lisa answered my call I asked for help she finished her shift travelled all the way to Revesby and help me getting my keys back I am so thankful to her and hope she gets promoted within the organisation.

Excellent. Vehicle's are great service is even better. Contacts are easy to understand and the prices are better still.

Very poor customer service.
They said that I can get a refund if I return earlier than I booked.
I requested a refund of rest, but still haven't received it. I called few times and talked with them again again.
Be mindful waste of your time and money.

I am going to rewrite my review as the manager did call me after and apologized for the entire experience i had with them.they did listen to my bad experience and such an amazing manager who knows how to tackle difficult conversation and great customer service.
