Study and Work has been amazing in helping me find a job in my desired field, that too as a migrant in Australia. When I graduated from my post study, I tried looking for a job on my own first but it was really difficult as I did not have local experience.
I then thought of making use of the employment agents but 98% of them rejected my application due to my residential status. I was on temporary resident visa.
Study and Work was the only agent that took me in as a potential applicant and what was great was the fact that I did not have to pay them.
I was on an unpaid internship program for three months with Stanley College and during my journey as an intern or lets say from the time I prepared for my internship interview, till I completed by internship, I was guided by Anna at Study and Work.

I was looking for an internship role to have Local experience in Australia. Robin found an internship role for me very fast. He was very efficient and helpful during the whole process.

My journey from Stay-home-mom to Working-mom:

I give huge credit to Shane Shrestha (Business Development Manager / Talent Acquisition Specialist) of Budding Talents Recruitment firm to help me in transitioning back into the workforce.

1) He not only acted as a career adviser but also provided strategies to clear my 3 rounds of interviews in one of the top companies in Australia.
2) The clear communication from his end helped me to manage expectations for the home and the new demands on my schedule due to work.
My two kids are my priorities and it might take some adjusting for the family, but with open communication, the adjustment period hopefully went smoother than it might without it.
3) Who does not want to work with the firm with the best company culture?
Right now, the company where I am working is very supportive and the team members are super friendly and approachable. There is tremendous scope of growth in personal and professional level. And I don't think I would have gotten better than this.

I am working hard so that the present company will hire me after 3 months of internship. Looking forward to get good reviews at my final appraisal at the end. If not, then Shane's and companies work experience will definitely help me in future.

Study and Work is definitely a TRUSTWORTHY company and they go an extra mile to achieve the target without compromising the QUALITY. They are highly PROFESSIONAL and RESPONSIVE.

Job opportunities were less in Sydney for my primary skills. Initially Waiss had a discussion with me to identify the other areas where I have good knowledge and was able to place me in that area as an intern in a very good company. During the 3 months internship I learnt a lot. Soon after, Shane helped a lot in placing me in a job within a short period of time.

Happy with their service. Found placement for me in about 2.5 months. I understand the delay due to covid and Christmas break.
What I liked most is that there is no commitment to pay large admin fee before confirmation of the placement. And the little fee they charge is also refundable, what makes them different from other agencies.
Only downside I would like to mention is the communication gap. I would like them to be a bit more responsive, clear and accurate with the information they relay to both companies and interns.

Well, what would I say about Study&Work? They are so incredible and such an efficient agency for introducing everyone in the Australian Job Market! I have no words for describing this incredibly talented team. Though I have previous working experience, after coming to Australia I have to start from zero levels. I was looking for an internship to gain Australian working experience, and Robin had done an incredible job by introducing me to one of the luxury hotel's marketing & event departments. Throughout my internship I was privileged enough to work with top media personalities, Hollywood celebrities, collaborate with the Melbourne fashion week committee, and even the MasterChef AU media team. That was one of the best experiences I have had throughout my career. After completing my internship I have worked as a casual employee at the hotel for one week. Now I will be signing the contract for the 3rd time with the hotel as a full-time worker in the sales & marketing department.
Thank you Robin for giving me this opportunity and help me to start my career in Australia. I still remember what you have said on the day I got the offer. Yes. You have done an amazing job by sending me to the hotel interview.

Do not trust the agent here. After you get an internship they do not follow up & don't even make sure you have completed your internship. Is more like once you paid them, they just disappear. I feel like it's a scam!

My college counsellor recommended Budding Talents to me when I was looking for internships towards the end of my Bachelor's degree.
