Bubbles Hand Car Wash & Detailing

I recently had my car washed at this place, and while they did a good job cleaning the car, they unfortunately caused scratches on the panel near the gear area. The repair costs for these scratches are quite high. So, for those with new cars like mine, be cautious and think twice before choosing this place for a wash.

Asked for super wash for my sedan. They made me pay $55 and some extra card charge that clearly says $30 in their signboard. They arguing my car was dirty and they waxed my car, which they clearly didn’t. I was right there, they were done in about 10min. I was in hurry paid and left. Never going back. Also writing review to protect costumers.

i told the guy to do inside outside wash, he said okay
After the wash i went to pay for the wash, he didn’t told me that he is charging $60 for hatchback, when i looked up the machine i asked him why 60 dollars and he said we normally charge that much.
After bit of conversation he end up charging me $50 and when i was about to leave i looked up the prices in front. And i asked him which wash did you charged me for, he said silver wash. And price for silver wash was $45 for a sedan car
Then i went back in and said how come you said $60 and then you charged me $50. Then he said this is normal price and said don’t come here again.

Better pay them first or get ur car wash at some other place

I’ve been here many time and they have always charged me $60 for my Tesla. I clean it regularly so there’s never a build up of dirt etc but last time they charged me $80 without explaining why, I’ve asked to be charged the same as always and they refuse without saying why the extra charge. Even when I do pay the normal price I do have to touch up areas which I don’t mind as the price is affordable but if I’m paying more I expect everything to be perfect and no need to go home and touch up. Also everyone says they are fast but I’ve waited two hours for a clean and had to ask them to re vacuum as there were still dirt on the carpet‍️

I've had my car washed several times previously and they were good. However this time i was very disappointed, their quality of service has just dropped. Paid premium but there were still marks on the windscreen and doors, mud still stuck on the mud flap. Only the tyres were shining. Lol. Not happy at all.

Bad customer service experience. Tried to use the Groupon coupon. No one replies to the call or sms for appointment. Upon directly reaching there, from the next shop I found that it is closed and will remain closed for weeks so I returned the coupon. Will never go this place for sure.

Absolutely rubbish. They let everyone to top on 30 bucks on Groupon price and I wonder it is not a legal business. Disgusting service attitude as well.

Absolutely rubbish. $50 for silver service and had to come home and finish the job.

They put shiny spray on everything inside the car, even on leather interior and don't even wipe it clean properly. Still spray splatters where they didnt wipe.

Now clothes have been tainted from the spray and everything slippery. Didn't even do the inside door trims.

Car stinks after from whatever product they use.

Their service is amazing…my car was really dirty due to site work. Their car detailing left me surprised, the car was 100% cleaned, they cleaned the car thoroughly and polished it like a new car. Highly recommend it. Thank you bubble car wash.

Absolutely rubbish experience. I purchased groupon voucher for SUV and paid $30 on top to get the very basic cleaning.

Not a good service at all and when i ask for Invoice they did not gave me any which has their ABN details and ask me to come back after 2 weeks so please do not use this car wash to save your time and money.

My car looked the same as it was before I handed over the keys on the inside minus the wet car mats which were also wet underneath that left the carpet wet! The car wasn't even washed properly. Save yourself time and money and do it yourself because they do such a poor job!

It was horrible, worst car wash I have been to. I got a groupon voucher for a diamond wash $109. I went there wasn't told where to park or anything they were very unprofessional. I had to get out of the car and ask where I had to park. They washed my interior and exterior in 30mins and was not done to the detail they promised. The car seats were not steam cleaned properly there were still stains, the interior wasn't washed properly there were stains. They didn't speak English so it was hard to communicate I felt like they used the inability to speak english as an excuse to get away with a poor job done. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all. Don't get tricked by the low price yourmuch better of paying $20 extra and getting it done professionally!

First timer today & unfortunately only 60% satisfied for a $35 wash. Car was washed in a timely manner which was a plus but not one person asked what I wanted done to the car? - they just assumed it was a Standard wash when I actually wanted a Silver wash. All coffee & water drip stains still remained within the car after they said all was done & ready to take. I will give them 1 more try to see if they do @ least 90% of a good job next round to make me a regular customer but not holding my breath on this joint.

Great car wash! I go once a week and I'm never disappointed with the results. And the staff is always so friendly, I just love it. Thank you for your hard work!

Good job but there were places where car was not cleaned properly.had to go back again the next day.

Not happy. I took my Chrysler for service which is legally a sedan and i was charged $40 for Super car wash. (but advertised as $30 for sedan for a super car wash) When asked why, the person in charge was very arrogant about it and then decided to give me another $5. The Super wash wasn't that great as i could still see dirt near my back number plate. I wont recommend this place and def not return.i guess you pay for cheap service.if i was told in advance could have made it better. Be sure to confirm the price before getting a detail.
