Solved: Annual pest control & a termite infestation

I live near a national park on one side and and lots of tear down, re-build duplexes area on the other.

Year 1 I tried a generic pest control company (NOT Bubba Gump) based on cost; three months later creepy crawlies were back and we had to get them back out three times to re-spray over the next year. Not gonna lie, you get what you pay for.

Year 2 I got Bubba Gump and had no issues for 12 months!

Year 3 our strata tried another generic company and three months later, creepy crawlies were back again. Instead of getting the company back out, I just went with Bubba Gump again - creepy crawly safe 12 months ensued.

Year 4 I got Bubba Gump for another 12 month creepy crawly free living.

I now book in annually with them for our general pest control.

We did have a termite infestation and they professionally advised us of our options; we chose one of the more difficult options that eradicates the entire nest instead of deterring them only from our home (leaving them to infect other homes around us) and their know-how and insider tricks to entice them to eat the bait was just phenomenal. The job came in at what was quoted and I strongly recommend them to everyone who needs pest control.

Brady has been our go to pest control guy for several years now. The first time we met him, our garden was infested with red backs. In particular our kids play equipment. He took care of it and we didn’t have to worry about it. We also had a case of unknown bites on the kids earlier this year. Brady came and assessed it and found we had brought bed bugs home from our cruise again in one treatment he got it sorted. Recently, Chris and Brady did a termite inspection whilst we were renovating and they were nothing but professional and super helpful. Making sure that the renovations were done right and our home was protected. We highly recommend him and his team. They are very knowledgeable and use only the best products that work. We get him to spray and treat our home every year.

If I can give a zero star I would. First time the guy spent less than 10 mins to do the inside of a two storey house and I questioned it over the phone the next day, I was told if I see any spider in the next 6 months I give them a call. So I did and they came out again (I have to say this time the guy (different from the first time) was nice and sprayed every corner of my house and it took definitely longer than 10 mins!)

So now spiders coming out again and I called, Susan picked up the phone and recognised my name and address, started laughing and said "when did you do your first treatment? When you find your receipt, call us back. " I told her to stop laughing because it's not funny, not professional and seriously, you keep all the paperowork on your computer don't you or you live in stone age and only use pen and paper? You don't bother to provide basic customer service but tried to fool me around saying we have to dig out a lot of paperwork for you, so you have to find out and call back. This is an absolute joke and do you think I call you for fun and to waste my time?

I don't normally write a review but this is just wrong. If you need bad customer service, ineffective treatment, call them.

Cancelled due to bad weather which was fair. Was told they would call me next day to reschedule. Never heard back. Organised with another company instead.

Great pest control and very proffessional. Soon as my home got sprayed 12 cockroaches came out dying. Staff are very familarized with insects and bugs. They have a high level understanding of patterns of these pests and know exactly how to deal with them. Friendly staff I highly reccomend.
