Btown Car Wash

Went in a as bit skeptical, but really appreciated the attention to detail and work on the interiors.

Very poor quality. Car wasnt cleaned properly. Example. Where wipers are the dirt was still there. The top of the car had all dirt still there
The rubbers on thw doors (side windows) still pitted. Admittedly was 100$ detail. Would.of had better car was taking to coles drive in. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. A 13 year old would of performed better job. Presume saying 1 hour for detail and a car was was evident it was going to be 20% effort. I see your response and my issue isnt with the inside, i acknowledge i requested the steam wash which you were unable to do as didnt have equipment, seats didnt look to of been attempted to be cleaned, just hoovered, however my severe disappointment was with the washing of car! The edges all around the back windscreen was so dirty still upon filling car up i purchased wipes to clean myself, the was still dirt on the top of car. The dirt around the arm of the windscreen washer, every window trim was filthy, the dirt around the fuel door stood out, im in petrol station trying to wash this myself.upon unable to do so i then purchased car wipes. My thoughts was id of been better going to coles express and going through car wash.the inside of the car was reasonable. Cost of clean wash i requested was $179. Charged $100 as unable to steam clean but said bring it back this week, i asked how much and was told $150 for that.

I Recently had my Car cleaned here that Charged me a Whopping $400 The seats were not properly vacuumed, and there were still crumbs and debris left behind.

Good car wash service. Had an issue with cooking oil spilled into my car. Had it steam washed from this place, and its all new with fresh fragrance.

The company car needed some TLC, these guys washed and detailed it, and it came back a different car. Great job. Thanks for the loyalty card because i will be coming back

Best service i get from b town they put wheels on my 2 cars with very very reasonable price. I tried so many another dealer but all are very expensive but i got wheels and tyers with very good price. I highly recommend you guys visit b town

This is my first time having someone clean my car and this car wash is not really good. I dont know why they gave this car wash a 5 star definitely not a 5 star. A visible coffee stain on my park brake they werent able to clean it? While it can easily be cleaned by a damp cloth. They werent able to clean the Wind shield inside, u can see the marks of those dirty rags they use. After they clean my car they immediately ask me to give a review since i think you guys are new to car wash thats why you guys asking people for review.i havent even check if you guys did well or not but you immediately ask me for a review? And now this is my review. Sorry, but feels like my 50 bucks just got wasted. I gave you 2 star for now instead of lower one becaue im giving u guys a chance, Since you guys are new im hoping you guys improve your business. Cheers.

Good car wash but machine rejected my ticket first time round resulting in 10min wait fir station attendant to come out and manually override system

Not sure what all the 5 stars are for. This was officially the worst car wash I've gone to. Car was returned with interiors barely touched. After they took it back for cleaning a second time, returned it with the boot still full of dirt. Never going back here again.

Excellent customer service, the amount of details that have been taken to account for is amazing, recommend this place 10/10
