Whilst driving on my learners license, one of the truck drivers was aggressively tailgating me on my way to school, leaving little to no gap between us at all stops. Not good.

BTM updated our deck handrails, replaced timber stairs and erected a screen for us. Joel and his team were professional, communicated well and we are delighted with the end product. It was a pleasure having them undertake these works for us.

Joel is professional as a builder and he has an awesome team. They have good communication and email follow-up throughout the whole poject, care about what the client is thinking, very quick response and always work out the best option and implementation details according to your idea. His teams focus on the details, they are always thinking to make a better outcome instead of just finishing the job. And they are polite, respectful, keep promise and leave the site clean and neat everyday after the work.

I am very happy with the new pergola area, it's very hampton, elegant and high quality. It's beyond my expectation and I will definitely look forward to working with them again in the future.

BTM did a brilliant job of redecking my verandah. They were quick and efficient and all the boys worked so hard. They were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, doing a really professional job of an excellent standard. Joel also coordinated with an electrician they use (TCA Electrical), who was also great, did an excellent job and also took great pride in the work. Top guys! Highly recommend them!
