Worst experience from the moment I walked into that place.
Worst customer service.
First the guy argued with me over the phone about the original quote (going back on what he said)
Then after I picked up the car they had pushed a small part of the front of my car inside (completely their fault) and said they needed to order a part for it and will be in contact with me when it arrives (said it would be two weeks)
It was three months and I heard nothing
I called them and they lost the part and had to order again
Then they basically have not gotten back to me to sort it out or let me what’s happening at all so I had to pay for some one else to fix what they broke.

Very unhappy with the entire situation.

The service and work here is outstanding, I came in needing a new bumper and some touch ups around the car, and Paul was so great and gave me a price that was less than half what all the other repair places were quoting, and the car looks like new. And to top it off they even had me pick up the car from a local car detailing business were they had the car fully cleaned at no extra cost, amazing job!

Came to Paul and team to get some private work done. They were so lovely and accommodating, nothing was a problem. It was over the busy Xmas/new year period when most places are closed for an extended period of time, but this team got the job done in a small time frame and within budget. Amazing work guys! Looking for a reputable PB near me saw the great reviews for BT smash, so went in to ask the guys to tackle what I knew would be a very tough job. My beloved SY Terri Turbo bonnet had rusted through (perforated rust) plus there was bumper and door panel damage I needed dealt with at the same time. 2nd hand TT bonnets are extremely rare and IF you can find one wreckers asking $2k+. Got the car back after 5 days and OMFG the job they did was immaculate and in every area they resprayed was blended to perfection. Bonnet looks like brand new, I never expected them to get it perfect but they nailed it. From start to finish a delight to deal with, top blokes, totally pro and great to have a larf with.

Thanks John, Paul & team, awesome bunch to deal with, and they are clearly artists that take pride in their work, and a very reasonable cost as the cherry. You have a new customer for life!

Excellent service and terrific workmanship from Paul and the BT team. My Subaru looks brand new! And it was so convenient to have an Audi delivered to my door as the replacement vehicle. A great experience all round.

BT repairs are very quick with getting your car, but getting the paperwork is another matter finished.

The people are very understanding to my needs and are very professional. Making sure to complete the job without dilemma. The finish on my mitsubishi colt was flawless! Great job BT Smash!

The Owner agreed a price over the phone to fix everything discussed and wrote it in a plain text message to me. After coming to try to collect the car (for the first time) after 8 days he had only done 60% of the work but told me it was ready to collect. Then tried to add money onto the original price to have everything we previously agreed fixed. After arguing he agreed to fix the rest at an additional cost but at this stage i just wanted my car back as it had already been over a week so i agreed and left. The next time he told me my car was ready i came back and once again he had left the fog lights out, then tried to argue there was none in the beginning. Anyway i agreed with him to pay a few buck less and keft. Make sure to get a quote in writing.

Strongly recommending.very reliable team.you need to talk with Paul after all your investigations in other places. You will be surprise.

Beautiful service, phenomenal job, outstanding quality, unbeatable pricing. Can’t recommend enough, being a long standing regular customer.

I got swiped by a bus company and took my VW Golf to BT and they just took care of everything. They dealt with insurance claim, the lot. All we had to do was provide the details, deliver the car and the rest was done by BT.

It was a great experience. The workmanship was top notch.
