Found the whole process good hardly any long wait time. All staff were warm friendly and professional

Friendly staff, they're always up for a chat. I suffer from health anxiety and the young lady who performed my mammogram and in particular the sonographer were so kind and made me feel at ease! Overall, I'm always happy with their service ️

I had an appointment the 07/02/23 at 09: 20 am to do an ultrasound and by accident I left my gold chain in the ultrasound room and as soon as I realised that I left my gold chain there I called to the place and I also went to the Kogarah local to ask for it, the chain had disappeared inside the room, so I was very disappointed with that, because the guy how do the procedure he saw where I left my gold chain and also he before someone else go to the room, he checks everything first and let people go inside so is unbelievable that those kind of things happens in a
place like that where you think you and your belongings are safe during and after you do every procedure
So I expect that someone do something and make sure I can have my chain back, because it is very special for me

I had to go in today for an ultrasound and the staff at reception were lovely and friendly. I only had to wait 5 mins before I was taken through for my scan and had a fantastic sonographer who explained everything, was very thorough and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend Bryant Radiology!

Very happy with my experience yesterday. The doctor & nurses were all nice & kind. I needed to wait for a bit for an urgent care for inpatient. They kept apologising and updating me of the progress. I really appreciated the service & care, especially from the nurse who kept calming down during the procedure & letting me know what to expect and kindly answered all my questions. Will definitely recommend the place to family & friends.
The team were all professional & the procedure was not as painful as I thought it would be. I'd say not painful at all.

Doctor and Staff are every good, friendly and every efficient. I even don't know it had been done the bisosy after I wake up. Not pain at all.

I have been visiting Bryant Radiology for almost 10 years now. I am a medically discharged ex special forces soldier with multiple level disc prolapses, disc degeneration and spondylosis receiving up to six ct guided cortisone injections at a time each 6 months. I want to thank everyone there and give you a massive high five. They have been nothing but warm, friendly, professional and caring.
I am forever grateful for your help the past decade and more than highly recommend them for anyone needing these services. For what is a regular and very painful few minutes I weirdly look forward to going in because of the people. Pain relief that follows is kinda great too.

I was very nervous going in to have a few procedures performed, however the professionalism and kindness of both Dr Bryant with the assistance of the lovely Rohan, made my experience so much easier. Told to sit, after 2 hours went todesk to be told it would be another 3 hours because of booked patients, we were with a seriously demntia patient who was increasinfly disturbed for having to wait. WHY NOT EXPLAIN THAT WHEN 1ST COMING TO THE DESK? Surely with that being explained we could havebeenout of there after 10 mins aafyer making an appointment. Bad way to dobusiness, rcg

I called to get the results of an X-ray for a patient. The receptionist picked up the phone and put it on the desk without even saying "hello" or "please hold", I waited for 5 mins then hung up. Horrible service, Will not be recommending to our patients.

I visited them because I needed a lumbar puncture. When I called them for an appointment, they didn’t know what an LP was (this is what the neurologist wrote on my referral), but I sent them the referral in a text message and they called me back and arranged an appointment, so they were helpful.
I was scared to death because of the procedure, but the nurses were lovely, comforting, I cannot thank them enough.
Dr Bryant is a professional, the procedure didn’t hurt at all. But he wasn’t talking much, I would’ve appreciated if he told me what was going on a bit more often during the procedure. But he mentioned the main things, like measuring the pressure, ect.
The nurses were lovely and caring afterwards too and told me to come back if the headache persisted in 2 days. I called them 2 days later and was told to come as soon as I can, no need for appointment. Within 20 minutes of my arrival they put me in bed, within 45 minutes I had my blood patch done. Again, Dr Bryant was very professional and quick. My headache’s gone and I’m feeling good.
There were some flaws, like the girls at the reception aren’t too nice and the dr forgot to take blood for testing (the lab called me), but it’s not a big deal. The main thing, that they did the LP professionally and quickly resolved my headache due to leak of spinal fluid too. I’m greatful for that.

Beware in requesting Bryant to ask refund on your behalf.

I did a ct scan with Bryant radiologist which cost me $618.55 where I will get Medicare to cover $418.55 i then be paying gap of $200.00. Since i my first time claiming I was told to let Bryant claim on my behalf Medicare and i should pay only gap 200. However invoice stipulates full amount 618.55 but only hand
written to pay gap of 200? I do not understand? I thought this might be a glitch so I pay full amount.
At 22 Jul 2019.

On the 24th I receive Cheque refund on medical expenses $418.55 was shown payable to Bryant? WHAT? I am out of pocket of 418.55.

I called Bryant at 29th Jul19 stating over payment.

Bryant will said can execute payment cheque refund and not EFT refund. Plus they process cheque refund only from the time money was banked in their books which is 7th August but only refunding at the 15th August 2019. Then i have to wait another 6 weeks for cheque to be issue as estimating only getting my over payment at 30th Sep 2019!

Bewareeee! I hope no one will use their services until they improve their accounts processes. This is the 21st century and they still transact money as it was in 1920s!

Be careful dealing with medical claiming on your behalf it isnt hard now to process your refund through Medicare. I did a second one specialist appointment for specialist and refund receive in less than 2 week.

Never ever going to use Bryant again!

Visited dr Carl Bryant’s rooms this morning even though I waited 2hours to be seen I must say that all staff were very helpful and professional towards me and all the patients that were there.

As for dr Carl he was efficient, professional and probably overworked as well, he performed his duty.

Not much in discussion between doctor and patient but overall my visit was complete and at present totally satisfied
For this I would recommend his services.

Had dreadful scan-xiety last week In lead up to biopsy of 3cm armpit node.
One of the options was possible lymphoma which thankfully turned out to be something more benign.
Dr Bryant was absolutely wonderful - not just clinically, but in the way he and his wonderful nurse exuded empathy and warmth throughout the procedure.
Total professionals and rapid turnaround of just an hour from seeing lovely Dr Peter Schwartz at St George Private through to on site radiology.
The way medicine should be.

The professionals who manage the examinations and scans are friendly and caring. They also explain the procedure and are very efficient.
