Amazing customer service. Got my car fixed for a bit of rust. They finished earlier than expected. Frank showed me the picture and explained what happened. Would highly recommend these guys as they work fast and they are honest.

I've used Browns twice now in the past 3 months. Both times the customer service I received was exceptionally high. Communication from the reception team was great. Inspection of my car was simple and on both times they went above and beyond in the service. Example buffing out a scratch that wasn't part of the accident claim. Even washed my car. As a small business owner myself I recognise and appreciate local businesses that chase excellence and go above and beyond for their customers. 5-stars for me. Keep up the great work Browns.

Such helpful kind people! It seems there is a very positive work ethic and culture at this place. They go out of their way to give exemplary service. On two occasions, they fitted in repairs to my car at short notice, delivered quality work, and at a fair price. I left with greater faith in humanity - in this crazy world that is really something!

Browns went above and beyond when helping us with our car! A small accident left us unsure of when we could use it next but they reassured us that we could have it looked at ASAP. It was repaired within a couple of weeks despite having a busy schedule and we were lent a rental in the meantime. Very happy with the service!

After having my car broken into on Monday morning I anticipated the process of getting it fixed, would be a nightmare. After going down to Browns the entire team made this experience seamless. They vacuumed/cleaned the glass from my car, and within 3 hours they soured & installed a new window. I cannot thank the entire team for their incredible customer service, efficiency and professionalism. Thankyou so much.

The customer service is amazing, honest, friendly and gave me all the reassurance I needed when picking up my car. I have worked in the smash repair industry, and they guys know what they are doing, they don't cut corners and will make sure you're on the road again happy.

My beloved VW was damaged in a carpark accident and insurance sent me here. Absolutely brilliant and professional team at Browns giving me regular updates on progress and what to expect. When they finished you would have never known a 3 tonne Landcruiser had reversed into me and the paint was as good as factory. NRMA sent my car off to here after my accident and I would recommend these people six times over. They were completely transparent about the extended wait times for parts due to COVID and when I could finally come in and collect I had never received such personalised customer service in my life. The work is impeccable, you'd never know that my car was in an accident. I 100% recommend them.

These guys are the best!

I had my Jeep rear ended and they fixed it up. Nothing was too much trouble, they even sent it through to Jeep to have it checked over.

I would 100% recommend them, they called me every few days to update me with the progress and my car looks brand new.
