We sought advice and followed the recommendations, looking for all kinds of Japanese delicacies that were as mixed as possible. From sushi to fried food and what they then served quite quickly was of excellent quality. It's rare to get such authentic, very tasty Japanese cuisine prepared so perfectly. And all of this at surprisingly affordable prices for Australia and Sydney. Highly recommended!
This place easily deserves 5 stars, I got some take away teriyaki chicken, rice and salad and it was the most juicy chicken I’ve ever had, the portions are so good and the price is so affordable! The service was amazing, had such lovely people take my order and it was so quick! Will be coming back for sure
Food tasted good. Girl taking order didn't understand what anyone was asking for and messed up my order and the lady before me. The lunch special was expensive for what it was, the tiniest portion. Will not go back. Ordered in store for takeaway so didn't realise until I got home.

Hands down the best sushi I've had in Sydney. Top notch ingredients. Unassuming, little gem of a place but their sushi is to die for. Little gems of tasty morsels that melt in your mouth - yum!

So happy to hear Brown Rice has reopened! This was my go to sushi for years. The sushi is always fresh and they use the best ingredients which I love. This is the best sushi in the eastern suburbs so I would definitely recommend you try it!
