Avoid this place at all costs! I got eye infection and chemical burn after my lash lift!
on 06/11/2023, Immediately following the procedure, my left eye became swollen and incredibly irritated. To make matters worse, the lash lift product somehow made its way into my eye, causing severe discomfort and intense itching. The situation escalated rapidly, and I rushed to visit my general practitioner next day. To my utmost dismay, he confirmed that I had contracted a severe eye infection, a condition that could potentially lead to permanent damage to my eyes.
I was referred to see an eye specialist urgently, as my GP stressed the gravity of the situation. The fact that your products have the potential to cause such harm is deeply alarming. I have attached a photo as evidence, which clearly shows that the lash lift procedure was not even properly executed. My lashes remain unchanged, but the infection has left me in agony.
What makes this ordeal even more distressing is the fact that the Marina (store manager) who performed the lash lift was notably rough in her approach. She wasn’t apologetic instead she told me it was my lashes fault!

I must express my deep disappointment with BrowCo's apparent disregard for customer safety and satisfaction. Rather than presenting customers with extensive waivers that absolve your company of all liability, it is imperative that you take immediate action to review the safety of your products and the competency of your staff to ensure that such incidents do not recur.

They never agreed to give me any compensation nor refund if the terrible job they did on my lashes.

If you are lucky enough then you have to try browco, or become as a team therapist member, Victoria is super lovely lady and I am glad knowing them, the salon is super clean and hygienic, and the staff are great and professionals, when you pay $ for the service it’s really worth it, at least you are leaving the salon free infection, no wax double dip, brush wend for each client, gloves for each client, honestly you are paying less than what you get compared with others salons as I am a beautician and knows the difference, highly recommended xxx

Do not go to Browco!
I received a set of lashes from Browco and I got an infection from this service.
After contacting the Browco team I was repeatedly told that this is not an infection but an allergy (I have no allergies and even received advise and treatment from a medical practitioner that this was an infection)
I spoke to the manager Victoria who has to be one of the most rude, condescending people I have come into contact with. She clearly is on a power trip and did not want to listen or admit that her and her team are in the wrong, and had no intention of helping me and did not care about my well-being or experience. No one should walk away from a paid service with an infection - nor should they be made to feel so small by a ‘manager’.
This has been the worst experience I have had with a beauty salon - and I can not express enough how rude and unprofessional even the manager (Victoria) was.
Please don’t waste your time or money on Browco.

The service i had yesterday afternoon (16/February) for my brow waxing was horrible. I've never been so disappointed with my brows before. Completely uneven and didn't follow my natural shape which is what I asked for. I'll never be returning here again. Definitely not worth the $38 I spent.

Amazing and super friendly lash extensions and brows waxing and tinting service! I’ve had a wonderful enjoyable experience getting my lashes extensions and brows done by the lovely and nice Bhagwati. Although I came bit late after 4: 30pm on Saturday afternoon, she was so kind and friendly and she has given me great service and advice. Thanks so much Bhagwati and all Browco team for the wonderful and friendly service. Will definitely come back for refills.

Awful experience, they’re fraud, after a wk the lashed started to fall off, and when I ask them to fix it they said you have to make an appointment for 30 min infills and pay for it, even though its been only a wk since we have put them on for you! The infills are normally after 2 wks!
Instead of offering to fix it for free.
I don’t recommend them to anyone.

My daughter and I have our brows looked after by Bhagwati. She does a sensational job and provides a really friendly and personalised service. We highly recommend.

This place is extremely unprofessional and rude. I got my eyebrows laminated here and they did a Terrible job and burned my eyebrow hairs and when I asked for a refund they made so many excuses and I had to follow up twice and it has now been over a month and I still haven’t received a refund. DO NOT GO HERE
