Mazda Brookvale- staff are professional, friendly and willing to help.
I needed a car before Christmas- stock was low- they went out of their way to ensure delivery and finance was seamlessly met.
I was able to test drive multiple Mazda car's to ensure I was comfortable in purchasing the right model to suit me.
I absolutely love the CX3- It is luxurious to drive- and I have multiple compliments on the colour and style of the car.
Highly recommend Aero Grey with the black roof.

This is our second Mazda purchase from this dealership. This time we dealt with David - very professional and excellent customer service and advice - 10/10. Jason also gave great support on the transaction. This dealership and its service department has an excellent reputation and it is well deserved. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderfully pleasant experience throughout the entire process. Lance provided us with excellent insight to our needs enabling us to make the right decision. Lance was very knowledgeable about the range of vehicles offered and we are completely satisfied with our final choice. If we have any issues regarding any of the comprehensive information provided at handover we will only need to call and make an appointment to have them resolved. We highly recommend Brookvale Mazda.

It has been an amazing experience buying a car at Brookvale Mazda. The process was smooth and very organised. Thank you to the great team who made it all easy. Donald went through different cars with us and helped us find the best car that suit our needs. We ended up getting the CX-30 and no regrets buying it. He has been so friendly and was communicating with us very often and updating us about the progress of our application, delievery etc, (even though I wasn’t able to answer most of his calls?). James also very kindly and patiently helped us in choosing and finalising the best option of financing our car, and Victor has given us an excellent hand over of the car. I want to commend Donald, James and Victor for their outstanding professionalism and dedication towards their job. Couldn’t be any happier and satistied for the customer service of all staff at Brookvale Mazda! ️

I needed a car straight away with trade in my old car with no bargains. I had called many dealerships in my area to see but were bargaining so much. Leigh at Used Car Section Mazda was great to deal with, quite direct and to the point, and fair to negotiate with. Leigh makes the customers very comfortable and happy. Leigh has made the process simple and Jason the finane manager was really helpful and honest when it came to options.
The buying experience was really good. Would definitely recommend to other friends.

Our family of 5 returned from the U. K.and were in urgent need of a large SUV. It was a tough time to be looking because of supply issues but Donald at Brookvale Mazda helped us drive-away with a beautiful CX-9. Donald was so easy to talk to, very patient and very passionate about not only finding us a new car but making sure we were comfortable with all the functions when we drove out. We met a few of the team there and you can tell by the way they interact with each other that it’s a good culture of very genuine people. I’d definitely recommend brookvale Mazda and Donald

I bought a used Mazda as a first owner from Brookvale. Off the lot it had a small issue that other Mazda dealers couldn't fix, or said I needed to escalate up the chain to Mazda in order to get it repaired. It was a small defect but I was told by other Mazda dealers that the whole part needed to be replaced. And the issue had been buck-passed from different people between dealerships and within Brookvale.

Yesterday, I had an issue with a Brookvale-installed dashcam becoming non-functional due to some tech issues on my end.

I thought if I took the 1h drive to Brookvale I could get the dashcam sorted and check on the other issue.

As soon as I got to Brookvale I was told the only 2 people that could help me weren't onsite. And that I should come back the next day.

The inconvenience and cost aside, I needed to access a video on the dashcam before it got deleted. So a trip back would have deleted it.

I was so lucky at that moment Victor U from the sales department wandered past the desk. Even though he hadn't formally been trained in the dashcam particulars he was confident he could sort it out. He was really nice and had a superb sense of customer service. He took all the time needed to sort it all out. He located the videos I needed and got them saved onto my phone before they were deleted. Most importantly to me, he showed me how I could resolve the problem in the future, should they re-occur.

He then personally took me to the service department and left me in the hands of Matthew Lee, the service manager.

When I explained the issue that had been passed around he propmptly inspected the car, identified the issue, and proposed a solution. In his office, I asked him when I could get the issue resolved, and he started to book me into a service slot. As soon as he learned that I had to drive an hour to come back, he looked for a solution that could be put in place while I was there. To his credit, he left me in the waiting area for 10-15 minutes and solved the issue himself.

I rarely have the good fortune to experience as good customer service as I experienced from Victor U and Matthew, but I must admit they're as good as anyone can expect. And, because of that, I felt so compelled to provide them with a glowing review because I really felt valued and cared for by them.

If I could have them to bring any issues to in the future, I'd be a satisfied customer all day.

Just picked up my new Mazda 3, got the polymetal grey which was a great choice! Such a good experience, Donald P was so helpful when we came in the first time and kept me updated from the time we ordered the car till when it arrived at the dealership, although i didnt answer every call‍️ Donald always left a nice message letting me know where we are up too! James was great as well helping us sort out all the finances! Highly recommend
