I wanted to give you some feedback on the quoting process we have had so far with Carpet Court.
After an initial visit to pick up some samples on sat July 8th (with Amanda I think) I returned on the Monday (11 July) and choose the style as well as booking a measure and quote. The measure took place on the Wednesday. I was told later that day that the fellow’s iPad had broken and that it would have to be done again, which I organised for the following day.
After not hearing anything now 4 days later I called the showroom which was followed up by a phone call with a verbal quote and a promise of an email version.
The real kicker is that I’m now told that the carpet we have chosen is not available for 8 weeks, but another style is in stock. My question is: why not check the stock of the chosen carpet before the measure and quote?
I have now wasted 10 days on this process and am no closer to getting carpet installed.
No replies to phone calls and emails. I never got a quote so moved on and engage another supplier (who came out the next day, quoted same day and booked me in for 2 weeks time).
Our experience at carpet court was great! Debbie looked after us and multiple occasions we needed advice or help regarding strata and Debbie went above and beyond to assist us! The customer service here is amazing - highly recommend

Don’t buy Redbook Green carpet! Unlike the claims it makes, it’s not stain resistant. Ours has stains on it that won’t come out. Carpet Court don’t care and neither do the people who make this carpet. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
