Tenant beware! You are travelling a dark path with these people. With them the owner is always right. No matter what. They will make every possible effort to appease them by any means. No empathy, no sympathy for the tenant and by, in my opinion, what could be immoral and unethical means. Maintenance doesn't exist so pray nothing goes wrong on the property. Saddest thing of all? They seem to have a production line of like minded people to replace the other. Very bad people. Don't do it to yourself.

The best realestate agents we have worked with
Glenn and his wife Joanne are fanatstic. They are easy to approach and very knowledgeable. They offer good advice on what properties suit our needs and budget. They are very patient in answering all our questions no matter how silly those questions are (considering we are completely new to the market, one can imagine sometimes what our questions look like). We especially like the way they treat us like friends and we believe they do the same to all the other buyers as through inspections we can see how easy all the inspectors feel. They are really trustworthy guys in this complex market.

Please do not waste your time with these agents. Especially David. Does not return calls, always stressed and acts as though he is flat out all the time. Also tells you a price to lease a property and then changes it. Not good.
