Our journey with Brolen Homes was an amazing, unforgettable experience. The custom home design we had proved to be quite a challenge yet rewarding. Everything was built to perfection - from the pitched roof to expose beams, skylights, wall panels etc. There were a few unavoidable delays along the way but we got there in the end, thanks to the expertise and professionalism showed by all the staff of Brolen Homes involved in this project. Special shout out to the office staff - Katrina, Paulene, Alicia, Belinda, Bianca and how can we forget Shane. Thank you Brolen Homes for an incredible partnership and a wonderful, beautiful home. Brolen Homes was a great choice for our first home. We were always a priority and made to feel as though we were important! We are very happy with all the staff members we came across and the site supervisor was outstanding to deal with. We enjoyed our experience building with Brolen Homes and we would recommend them to anyone building a home.

Pathetic builders, no ownership, non responsive, don’t care attitude.

They are building next door, they just keep splashing across to the other property.

Reached out twice to avoid splashing across…. They continued to do that and did not clean either.

3 years trying to get them to rectify issues, and all what you hear is will call you back, never ever use the company again

Budget builder, a bit slow but good workmanship. You get a good result at the end. If you are looking to build an investment property, I'd definitely recommend them. They have minimal range to choose from but good quality result and stays with in the budget.

We are so grateful for the whole Brolen team, our experience from start to finish was fantastic and we have no complaints. Thanks to our building supervisor Scott, we always knew what was happening as he would call every Friday with an update. The build was smooth and quick despite the Covid lockdown, and we are so happy with the final product. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to build, we cannot fault Brolen Homes. Thank you!

For a change, I would like to include a preview of my experience.
I just signed up for a home & land package two days ago and the house is yet to be built.
I must say that the initial vibes I have experienced thus far have been very positive indeed and different to what I have experienced in the past, which leads me to anticipate that the journey ahead with this team will be exhilarating to say the least and I am looking forward to it!

Hopefully, by the end of this project and based on all the positive reviews, I would be glad to invite the concerned team members, whom I am yet to meet, for a dinner at the very house they will build followed by a review hopefully!

I thought building a new home with builders would be a nightmare however Brolen Homes proved me wrong. The whole process was hassle free and the service was being expectations! I highly recommend the company. My house was handed over within 4 and half months approx.the referring sales agent Edmond Lazar was amazing everything he told us was truthful he helped us throughout the whole process. Ross is an amazing director he is generous and very honest. I recommend brolen homes to anyone looking to build their dream home.

The homes they built in Bardia is of poor quality. It ruins the entire feature of the suburb. It was meant to be a beautiful suburb, however their houses that was massively produced with their facade is just so ugly. Same poor builder with Trend Connection.

I have been a very tuff customer for Brolen homes on each stage - they still managed 100's of queries and gave a Revised version from A-G which no builder will do.

Poor building quality, very poor time management, irresponsible site supervisor, 3months behind and still an incomplete house.leaks everywhere.have been left to pay a mortgage and rent while i still cant move in 3months after hand over of keys.cannot even get an occupation certificate.absolutely spewing and frustrated! Would not recommend to anyone.

With the actual material may difference with exhibition hall Before we sign the contract, it's best to confirm clearly.

Just wanted to say that Brolen Homes made our experience extremely easy and great. They are very friendly and honest. Their quality is beyond amazing. Edmond Lazar was great from start to finish. He was always there to answer all our questions. Ross was also great he is very professional, polite and honest. Well recommended!

By far the best builder. Excellent service very professional and responsive. Compared to other builders and all the horrible stories that I've heard Brolen Homes made our experience extremely easy and pleasurable. Our house took exactly 5 months to finish and the quality is amazing! I will be referring more people to you guys. Amazing stuff. Ross is a great person to deal with. 5 Stars.

This is a review about my building experience, i'm sure the display home customer service is great, but I wouldn't know because they don't return calls.

From the beginning, the site manager was rude and not responsive to any calls/texts. Each time i went to check progress (weekly) the neighbours advised me that their trades constantly blocked the neighbours driveways with their vehicles, parked on their medium strips, could be heard swearing and arguing on site and left rubbish all over the neighbouring houses and driveways. I advised the site manager of this via texts multiple times and received no response.

My finished product, in comparison to some other houses I've looked in from other builders, is quite standard and nothing special for the price paid. I personally would not use this company or recommend them.

It was such a fun experience building with Brolen Homes. Our home is so spacious with amazing features that we would not have even thought of, thanks to their suggestions & friendly help. The included selections for tiles, carpet etc are so beautiful it was hard to choose! Our Forman, Scott, was fantastic - he always kept us up to date, returned calls & was always one step ahead! Ross & the team are just fantastic!

A big thank you to the team at Brolen Homes for helping us to design and build our new family home and granny flat. Luisa, Alex, Bianca and Nick provided a tremendous network to enable our custom design to reach the building stage. From here we were so fortunate to have the expertise and professionalism of our project manager, Scott. He was always a pleasure to deal with and he confidently lead us through the building process. Nothing was ever a problem. Ross, the Director, always had a personal interest in our project and should be very proud of the way the team worked together to create such fantastic end product. We absolutely love our new home.
