Danae is amazing, this is my second time back and she is warm, friendly and incredibly professional. She talks through every step of the piercing process and makes sure you are comfortable.

Had my ears pierced by Danae about a month ago and she was so lovely and professional and allayed all my fears about my first piercing. The piercing barely even hurt and I've had no problems afterwards, they've healed like a dream. Love my new earrings and couldn't be happier with the lovely service from Broadway Tattoo

If I could give zero stars I would. Wanted a tattoo of a love heart. Artist couldn't trace a simple stencil. Now I need it fixed by somebody competent. Go see Jack if you wanna have your money and time wasted.

Horrible experience! Came in just for a simple piercing purchase. Was made to sit around just for the seller to take their time to sell. While they weren’t doing nothing. When the item was right there to buy. I felt really uncomfortable by the older bold man just starring at me the whole time.never again do I wanna come back! I’ll be telling all my friends and family about this experience!

I dealt with Rob and Danae to get my nipples re-pierced and they were so lovely, helpful and professional. Definitely going back to get my future piercings.

Arrogant staff. Do not come here if you don't want to be openly mocked amongst the staff based on your choice of jewellery.

I trust Rob with my piercings - he does it so well, very professional with some humour thrown in the mix. I felt really comfortable throughout the entire process and I'm itching to get more piercings done there! 10/10 would recommend!

Chris did an incredible INCREDIBLE job replicating our parents’ handwriting and is maybe the nicest guy we’ve ever met. We may never go elsewhere ever again?

They were able to fit in two people for multiple piercings at short notice, answering all our questions. There's a range of jewellery options available, and they were able to customise the colour of some of them on the spot. The process was quick, straightforward, and they obviously took care to keep everything clean and sterile.

Not everyone heals the same and my ear has been struggling.
The guys at Broadway are amazing when it comes to helping you heal wether it be deciding to retire a crookedly healed one, reinserting a lost one, changing rings to a better one to help settle a keloid scar as well as coaching me through late night panic attacks via social media when my piercings are misbehaving. Trust my body to want to heal TOO well and make keloid scars.

Moderately pricey but very happy with Danae’s job piercing my helix including ample knowledge of what was/wasn’t feasible with regards to placement and the shape/thickness of my ear. Studio provides ample aftercare advice and a free aftercare solution. 5 months on, my ear’s almost completely healed and no infections to date.

Friendly staff and very professional, highly recommend!

I had to make a very late night visit to get larger bars for a recent piercing— they were very welcoming and took their time with fitting them to me.
