Very helpful and always getting my car back in a timely fashion. As a female you sometimes have mechanics treating you as if you’re dumb but you don’t get that here, I feel listened to and if there’s any issue’s with my car it is explained to me so I’m kept in the loop. 100% recommend.

Disappointed to hear the supervisor talking down to his employee while I was waiting and threatening to dock his pay. I won’t be returning - I don’t support businesses that don’t treat their staff well.

I first took my daughters car to Broadmeadow Tyres and Service about a month ago……. Had her a/c serviced as well as a full car service. The guys were amazing and went out of their way to have it done quickly as I am on a walker and had no one to pick me up while I was waiting……. So it was a no brainer to take my car to them for full service and rego check.
Again there service was again second to none…. They’ve won me over as my new place to have anything car related done to my car as well as both my daughters.

Easily the best shop I've been in newcastle. Quick, painless and the fellas there were nice. Price for pink was good too. Wouldn't go anywhere else any more, thanks guys

I’ve been going here for years. Michael, The management and the team are always so polite and professional treating me with respect. They always do their best to fit me in with their services and prices are very reasonable. I love how after pay is also an option for payment. Located in a very easy to get to area Enabling me to go for a walk and get a bite to eat with the kids, while I wait.

So helpful and accommodating, nothing was a problem, were the lowest price and took very good care of my new vehicle.

I would highly recommend Broadmeadow Tyres and Service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they are always super helpful to get the job done when I need it, even when I'm in a hurry. Its not easy to find good mechanics, but these guys are great!
