Sadly, since Dr Regnis left this practice it has changed to its detriment. Recent interactions with the administration staff I experienced them to be condescending, smug, arrogant but concerningly extremely ignorant. They possess very little empathy and have an inflated sense of self righteousness. Dr Regnis would be appalled to see the practice go in this direction.

My Doctor and the nurse were pleasant. But one of the reception staff i have communicated with before is always rude. Such a shame

Happy with GP service, Dr. Saiful Habib is very friendly and approachable, always explains very well with any issues. Waiting time is bit longer otherwise, I am completely satisfied with the service here.

The doctor at afterhours recommended me to have “Amoxicillin 500mg Capsule”. I went to the pharmacy inside the center and felt like they must be selling at 20-30% extra price compared to Chemistware. He gave me quote of $19.50. I got the 100% same thing from chemistware house mayfield at $6.30. So they are selling same thing with extra 200%. Wowwwwwwwwww

I have attended this practise for 15 years having followed my G P from her previous location to here.and every visit is a positive experience from presentation at Reception; clinical consultation and/ or treatment with Dr, RN and other practitioners. Professionalism and respect is always at the forefront.

Very nice clinic with friendly staffs. I had a very short notice appointment that need to quickly fill some script and doctor certificate. The receptionist staff was able to squeeze my appointment in on the same day. Other GP clinics just flat out refusing. Good thing is they run afterhour clinic too after 5pm. Super helpful.

I am so grateful for the services and skills of all the Drs and staff and receptionists. This is a great practice with highly professional service. Having the Pharmacy next door is a huge help when unwell

Drs are amazing however the rude, dismissive attitude from reception is absolutely disgusting. Compassion and empathy should always be given in the medical field especially from front of house staff given this is the first point of contact.

Pleasant experience, booked online so hardly any wait time, able to get prescriptions filled and referral to specialist.

Great doctors. Something needs to be done about the junkies and their swearing and carry on. Not a place for taking children when they are there at 715am

Always a great experience through Broadmeadow Medical. I highly rate the wonderful Reception staff, the caring Nurses and the compassionate General Practitioners. An overall high quality experience which is rare these days. Great team. Thank you!

Rather than supply a 5cent facemask they insist on you buying one. I didn't bother to check but I'm sure they make you buy a multipack or premium mask. Ladies quite rude about it too. Way to make your patients feel valued.

Great office staff, respectful, and friendly. My main doctor is Dr. Owen Boyd, I recommend him. He knows his job, and what he's talking about

We rang up to question a no attendance fee for a phone appointment with one of the doctors as we never received the phone call. We were greeted by the receptionist, Karen, who was extremely rude and sarcastic and made out that it was our fault that the appointment didn't go ahead because we didn't answer the phone when the doctor rang (considering we sat next to the phone the entire time and it never rang). Unfortunately because of this horrific experience, we will no longer be attending this practice.

Female doctor was fantastic and very kind. As was Laverty pathology and the pharmacist. Receptionist, however was very rude and condescending.

Have been going to Broadmeadow medical centre for a bit over a year now, excellent doctors that are very caring and knowledgeable.

A rip off. Although over 65 I went there to gain an updated referral. Owen then decided to give me referrals for a heart check and a blood test 9 as I had not had one for 2/3 years. I was there less than 10 minutes. I was then told he does not give any discounts for his patients with no explanation. It is like a sausage factory!

I live in the Blue Mountains & went to this Medical centre as a new patient due to an injury. I was able to get an appointment within a few hours which was fantastic! I found the reception to be efficient. And I'd love to thank the doctor who cared for me. Very thorough and caring. Thank you.

The doctors here, especially Dr. Goode are so incredible, and truly care for their patients. They always listen and this is the best surgery I have ever been to. Nurse Jo is so wonderful, empathetic and kind, really made my experience so fantastic.

Have been a patient of this practice for about 7 years now and have always been happy with the care provided. Staff are friendly and the doctors I have seen are approachable and attentive. Convenient location with parking onsite.
