Do not write review often but have had a very positive experience with Justin from Brite Decking. I made a phone call to the company and got answered by a gentleman named Justin. He was very polite and gave me a lot of detail in a few minutes of discussion. Then I drove to the office and met him. He was so good and professional he took me down stair to the show room and explained all the products. I asked Justin questions and he Answered them over and above. I bought the product the next day!
every time I messaged him or emailed him he responded very quickly.he showed me things that I didn’t know inside the showroom, how to install (briefly and gave me some samples). I am very impressed and very happy with the service it was unbelievable thank you very much Justin.

I found Brite Deck to be very competitive on pricing and nothing was a problem, from the express posting of the sample boards to the advice on what board to use. Laura's knowledge on the products was fantastic, and I appreciate the quick response to my questions. I can highly recommend Brite Deck.

The service and responsiveness was phenomenal. I found the website user friendly and prescriptive so you know a fair bit about the product and process upfront. The service and prompt reply was a whole other layer. As a Newby to decking etc the consultant justin gave me the info I needed and sent me as many samples as I needed to make a good choice. I even described a colour I was looking for and he sent me ones that may be similar. He respectfully followed up and I was so hoping the colour was spot on as I new service would be great the whole way through. Unfortunately another brand had a colour that suited our area more. That’s the only reason I didn’t go with brite deck
