27The prices were competitive, the painting advice was hugely helpful and the range of paint and paint accessories was extensive.
It's been over 3 weeks since I paid online for item and I haven't received the item, no communication despite my phone calls and false promises to post item and keep me informed, no reply to my email sent weeks ago either.
Very helpful staff with large collection of paint products. Good parking with new car spaces to open soon. Highly recommend for professional and diy weekend handyman/ handywomen.
Do not purchase from PaintWorld online. Orders are always incorrect and they take weeks to ship items, even in a tiny order. If something does go wrong and you email them, they will not respond. If you call, you get the run around.
I have received incorrect items multiple times and despite numerous contact attempts, still have not received a refund for the last one. I called and was told it was being processed immediately but nothing. Emailed again to get told "it was an oversight and it has now been processed" but it has not been. Their online system appears to be run by one person and therefore many mistakes are made. PaintWorld needs to hire more staff to assist this person if they want to provide a decent customer experience.
Bought a kit online. Chased it up after weeks of silence. Sent 4 emails no response. Finally asked for refund, got an email refund had been processed. No explanation, nothing. Customer service absolutely non-existent. 1 star for the refund.

Ordered paint online but the paint pouch is punctured! Contacted them saying they are going to send again but after 1 month still havent got the replacement!
Unresponsive customer service, after placing order anddays of hearing nothing, emailed the company (no response), so rang a few days later to be told she would call me back (no response), rang again the day after to be told she’s not in and nobody else can help me. What are you supposed to do with that.
Very disappointed in their service, they were not forthright, they do not reply to emails, rude when challenged. Will not use them again!
Called about despatch. Owner said 24hrs, but now its over 7 days. Not helpful at all. Owner raved on how by purchasing on a Sunday I had done myself worse off than purchasing on the Monday. He kept going over and over that statement even though I said, ok, but this makes no sense can I please pay more to have it sent quicker. He then stopped talking to me and instead left the phone hanging so I could hear everything in the back ground. Did not excuse himself. Just said call back at 10am about postage. Did that and phone rang out. Sent 3 emails asking about freight details, no reply. Simply did not care. Beyond rude.
Had 20lt paint delivered 3 times and each time tins have been dinted badly. Finally rang them and complained about the latest tin and all I got from them was well it can still be used. Sent photo of paint tin a week ago and have heard nothing. Very disappointed
Awesome experience and the best place to shop for paints. So much better than Bunnings and so much cheaper than Bunnings.
The staff is extremely helpful. I bought 20 lt pavement paint which was half price as Bunnings was selling 10 lt at the same price. The staff even helped me put the two paint cans of 20 lt each in my car. Wish this shop had more locations.
Staff were not helpful and bit rude when asked for options. I will never go to this place again.
I used to work there. I'll give them credit. They know their stuff. The owners work in store, the service is great. And they'll deliver anywhere in Sydney for tradies 90% of the time on the same day even. We may have cut ties professionally as I've moved on to other things. But I would trust their knowledge when it comes to paint.

First time sealing a concrete floor and got great advice on how to do it. Instead of spending so much money on Nutech sealer i used their own brand saved heaps and the job turned out amazing. Very high quality solvent paint
Order was short one item and another was badly damaged as a result of poor packaging. After emailing, using site contact form and calling with no answer the issue was escalated to PayPal. Refund was issued after almost 2 weeks of no replies. Would not recommend buying online from this business.
Stop By today and like most walk in customer's we're not professional painter's. Told them what we needed And how much And away They went grabbed us the best suited options And before we knew it we were out The door with everything we needed. Shopped around for paints And other stores were Just too expensive. These Guys Just straight up beat all the prices out There.

Today I went to ask for cleaning alcohol and the bearded goofy looking guy behind the counter asked me if I wanted to drink scotch and continued to make more silly jokes about my potential purchase without having a meaningful discussion. I usually keep my beliefs and business separate. You lost a local customer for your rude behaviour.
