Pretty hopeless. Yes they're premises are highly secured as are their trucks. But the guy organising collections of goods completely missed the email from our agent, even though our agent apparently sent at least one other confirmation email to them confirming our agreed collection date. Needless to say, we arrived there, and after hanging around for half an hour outside the iron gates, they td us the delivery wasn't there. Wasted day off, and we had planned around this day for two weeks already.

Very poor performance in cash delivery and maintenance. NAB banking discontinued contract. Management failure at the highest level.
