I got two lifts in my residential building and both of them works great. I suppose brilliant makes most reliable lifts in the industry

The worse elevator in the world. Only apartment developer gets the benefit of using it.

Got stuck in a Brilliant lift twice within 4 days in a newly built apartment in Homebush.

I would reconsider using this lift contractor due the fact that this lift has stopped working 4 times since moving in. Surely by the 3rd time of the lift breaking down they would have fixed the issues.

Very disappointed that this has happened and I genuinely hope that any new lifts built by Brilliant will not have this issue in the future.

Only positive was the technicians came within an hour.

Worst Lift Company I've ever experienced. I got stuck in the lift with no fan or air conditioning for OVER AN HOUR with my heavily pregnant wife. I called the 24/7 emergency number multiple times to explain the situation and to ask for someone to be sent ASAP (within 30 minutes). The service contact has the audacity to tell me that every time we contact to ask how far away the service contact will be, that they have to pull over which adds more time to the travel (we're living in the 21st Century where every car has bluetooth - what kind of response is that?) I have previous experience working in lift companies where the maximum time for someone to be stuck in a lift is no more than 30 minutes. I find this level of service highly unprofessional and this matter should be brought to the Managing Director ASAP

Excellent service. I have had a Brilliant lift in my building for over 8 years without any major problems.
All lifts need to be serviced to ensure performance and reliability. I have had many friends and colleagues that have had to replace lifts from the major lift companies within 5 years due to lack of proper servicing. The large lift companies in most cases call serving a lift turning up sign the service book with out even looking at the lift from our previous experience.
ALL lifts break down from time to time but it is how Brilliant responds that has really impressed me. They have parts available locally and respond immediately, especially only having one lift in our building it is most crucial that our lift is always running. Keep up the good work Brilliant!

We have 3 brilliant lifts in our new building and they work great, the service guy helped me load my stuff and was very helpful

We have these "Brilliant" lifts at work, our service lift hasn't work properly since the day the hotel opened, the doors constantly stay opened and shut when they feel like it, goes to which ever floor it feels like, it's like a wheel of fortune, were it stops no one knows, you will eventually get to which floor you need to be on, which isn't good for busy hotel, when you need to get from floor to floor quickly, if we didn't have to use trolleys to get product from floor to floor I would use the stairs everytime.
It goes out of service every week, we have even had staff stuck in the lift for 2hrs. These lifts have only been in the building for a year and only been used since for 6 months, this shouldn't happen so frequently with something so new.

I had a very bad experience with Brilliant Lifts, I was taking my wife out for dinner at Darling Harbour and parked in the Wilson Car Park, as I entered the lift the door closed and nailed myself up against the other door putting my neck and back out and receiving a massive headache. As compensation I was offered a free car park? This happened a couple of years back and just recently I saw these glowing reviews about "Brilliant Lifts" so I thought I would investigate who wrote the reviews and it turns out to be their on staff of these "Brilliant Lifts".
