David from this real estate doesn't even pick the phone after calling multiple times for a property. No professionalism and communication.

Doesn't understand the client requirements and not even bother the party's needs if they are trying to reach out for a proper/formal communication.

Very bad experience.

Incredibly unprofessional over the phone. Not at all willing to listen or discuss anything as soon as they knew I was not a potential customer for them. Hung up without hesitation.

Consider this a zero star rating. Avoid like the plague. They won't hesitate to waste your time while they try to negotiate a better rental rate with other applicants. Greedy, racist and inconsiderate. Don't bother applying for anything represented by brightland if you're not an Asian, it's agents like this that give rise to the stigma associated with property managers.

Very unprofessional over the phone. We are a locksmith company and we called to see if a tradesperson had the authority to gain entry to a property. My apprentice spoke to Allan on loud speaker and I was shocked with the rudeness and attitude towards us trying to keep there managed property secured. We are so so glad your not one of our regular customers. Your employee needs a big attitude check.

They were my agent for nearly 3yrs. The staffs are nice and they will give you quick responses for any issues you have

Always a pleasure when dealing with the team! They manage my investment properties and ensures that it’s minimal fuss for me. The communication lines are always open so I know what is happening. I never have to prompt for regular updates as they are always two steps ahead. My experience over the last 8 years has been excellent. I highly recommend Brightland

I would give 0 star if I could. Please avoid renting via this agency. Most unprofessional agency I've ever worked with. If you have decided to:
- Please take photo of every detail and attached to your condition report. They will provide a condition report with everything clean and working and no comment or photo provided while most of them are not the case.
- Please insist using Rental Bond Online, so you could claim your bond easier.
- Put everything in written.
- Be aware that they might ‘no ground evict’ you at the end of the lease and then list for rent again right after you moved out and said 'prefer long-term tenant'. Happened to myself.

These guys make everything quick and simple. They know what they are doing, no headaches or hassles.

I have recently purchased a property from Brightland Real Estate, the team are very professional and helpful through the whole process. They helped us to settle the house earlier, we appreciate all of that.

We are looking for a rental property and after having some not so friendly experience with other agents these guys were awesome. Really nice, informative and genuine - these are the kind of real agents that help put faith back into the realty industry that there are good people out there!

If it was possible I would give minus stars. These people are an absolute nightmare to deal with and do not seem to have any idea about what rights tenants have. They will make rediculous and unreasonable claims about cleaning and repairs at the end of the lease and will try to claim your bond. Whatever you do DO NOT let them push you around. Photograph on moving in and out and document all communications and transactions. The owner admitted they go to NCAT all the time. Tenants need to keep pushing back against them until they learn their lesson! I would personally provide free advice and assistance to anyone who is in dispute with these people. If you’re looking to rent with them insist on using bonds online and photograph every inch of the property!

Professional team, who are also friendly and has excellent knowledge of the Sydney western market. Good property management experience. Highly recommended.

They were so helpful to us as purchaser. They were so responsive, gave us great advice and put us in touch with plenty of trades in the area. So nice to be dealt with as people rather than just potential dollar!

The brightland real estate is worse realestate, I’ve ever experienced in my life. Don’t believe them and don’t be with them because they change their word in the end of lease and never give your bond on time and in full. They give dirty property and in end expect that the tent give them clean.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Do NOT rent with these people. They are the worst real estate OUT! They'll find any reason to withhold your bond even when you have done right by them.

Please be aware of them. The Most Unprofessional, unethical people I have ever come across. One person dealing at the beginning of tenancy and another person dealing at the end of tenancy and the later doesn't want to agree what was discussed at start as he says it was a different person.
Deducted a big chunk of my bond for an existing problem, a problem mentioned in inspection report. They refused to fix it up and at the end held me responsible for it and deducted my bond.

Please document all your interaction and insist on retrieving the old records if required. Whenever they come for inspection, ask them to share the report with you. Don't blindly accept.

If I could, I would have given Zero stars. The Agents only like talking to Chinese and only show their properties to Chinese. They bully others. Don't waste your time if you are not Chinese. Hope they go out of business soon.

By far the worst real estate we have ever come across! Very unreliable. Always having to call them to come out & fix broken amenities they either come out & do the dodgy fix ups or they don't show up at all. Brightland Real Estate never again! You don't even deserve 1 star!
